Hi, my name is Ed Snyder, and let me say as a hard core Aliens fan myself that, out of all the Alien games in the Alien franchise, this game needs to or should have came out years ago; This is a must. I don’t know if the producers or the Actors of Aliens are gettin in a twist over some kind of residual dues or what but the BS needs to stop, and if the developers are worrying that this won’t sell, they need to put down the pipe and realize that even though the movie came out in 1986, I’m still sure today or 10 years from now; let’s hope not that long; The game will sell. I think this game needed to come out more than AVP; Had it came out years ago it might have even saved the movie francise by instilling and inspirering better ideas for the Aliens plot like games have done for other movies. Rest assured my hopes and prayers are with all of my hard core brothers and sisters who are Aliens fans and as for GearBox you have my deepest sympathies if you somehow don’t release this game. This Ed Snyder, Signing off.

I’ve already made a post of this on the forums about this. AvP3 is being pushed ahead for Colonial Marines to be ‘cleaned up’. I feel you Joe for this did make me angry…until I saw the reason why. Now I can’t decide if I should be angry at which to wait for in 2010 or try not to think about it.

Good to know that this game didn’t get canceled. Most of the games based upon the Aliens franchise are usually pretty good. I remember hearing about this game around 2002 as well, also around that time some other potentially kick ass games got canceled. Those being Vectorman, and Full Throttle 2. So it’s good to know that this game is still in the works…too bad I can’t say the same for Highlander game by Edios…
