Skate 2 – Play It or Slay It? Parody Video

2009′s First Why should I care video will be about the upcoming Skater Game, Skate 2! First off its been awhile since I’ve taken a serious look at ANY skating game – But there were alot of requests for this game to be done AngryJoe Style – and who am I to deny the Fans?!

So here she is in all her Glory:

For this Game I did Hardcore research at the Big Three – Ign, Gamespot, and GameTrailers – looking up all the bits and details I could while consuming mass amounts of media so that I could really judge how worthy this game would be. Unfortunately I could get a copy of the Original Skate in Time! So I did my best with what I had.

After watching and reading all that material I must say I was excited as Hell for this game, I think it would be a perfect brake for someone who lately doesn’t know what they want to play. Or even better if they are sick of loud FPS and Blood and Guts 24/7. It would be nice to relax with a Chill Game, with Chill People, and laugh together with your friends as you see who can produce the grossest Bails. At least that’s what I plan on doing!

Also, We here at the show have been trying to decide a new name for the “Why Should I Care Series”, I was hoping for a more catchy “Wired or Tired” type expression used by Wired Magazine. We’ve produced two Difficult choices, either Play it or Slay it or Waste It or Taste It. The Skate 2 Video was Produced with the POS moniker, while our Velvet Assassin Video (Coming Soon) was made with the Waste It or Taste It version. Once both videos are out, we will let you – Our Fans, and the AngryJoeArmy Decided what the New name should be for the series (and if we should even change it at all).

The AngryJoe Parodies:
In this video we took how I started feeling about the game after my research and put it on video – I seriously was day dreaming about being a bad ass skater with sponsorships, hella wymans and free stuff. I ran to my garage dusted off my terrible crappy skate board and decided It was time to Skate Again!

Tony B. “The Skater”
We had Tony B. ride his skate board for us and act like an all around dick. Haha. “Hey man, How do you learn to Skate?” His response – “You Cant Learn to Skate.” Classic, because its true – Me and Tons will never learn how. “You THInK THIS IS A GAME?!” I wanted him to yell it but, that’s not TONY B’s Style. He was right about one thing though – We did Hurt ourselves.

AngryJoe’s Bail
I tried several times to jump the Ramp but the damn thing would move before I hit it. Lucky I came to my senses and decided it would be best to just parody the jump instead of actually breaking my neck for you guys. I had a bunch more skate park stuff that didnt make the final cut. Too bad.

Tons0Funs Bail
Tons0Fun trys to act BillyBadAss, that he knows how to skate that he could teach me. Well as we can see he’s a flat out lair! He has to distract me so he doesn’t look like an idiot getting on the skate board. He got his at the end though. And his crying as we leave him there to die, turned out hilarious!

We learned a valuable Lesson, unless you got natural talent at skating, or have been doing it for years – If you wanna Skate like the Pros – Do it in the Game! and this is one Game we will be checking out.
