Finally Players the Winners of the Weapon Design Contest for Army of Two: The 40th Day will be announced Tomorrow, Thursday – August 6th, 2009! Good luck to everyone, but above all else GO TEAM JOE! No Matter what happens, I think its safe to say our gun the AS-KR 1 would in reality blow the sh*t out of any of its competition!
Hello. This is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here.

knuckles896 Is right, our gun is not disqualified. This was just one mad crybaby that posted in the EA forums that declared our gun disqualified. I dont know if he influenced anyone, sometimes the people that run contests are familiar with their own rules it would be a shame if he managed to end our run with misinformation.
We will find out later today, and I’ll likely make a video update.

The only thing that would not let this gun win is the fact that there’s a rule stating you’re not allowed to promote it outside your immediate family.

“Not have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly (i.e., disclosed beyond your immediate circle of friends and family) through any means previously.”
The rule is basically just there to make sure you aren’t submitting something that is already held by some contract or that may have been used already where they could be charged with some sort of infringement.
The key word of this clause however is “previously”. He had already submitted the design before posting the unveiling video so technically no rules were broken.
And besides, we here at the Angry Joe Army are all comrades, I’d say that constitutes a “circle of friends” any day!

Well if thats true then there is no way AS-KR 1 can win. Hope they changed the rules. Well we will see which gun won this in next 24h
