Spoony’s E3 2010 Coverage – Day 1
Spoony has already edited together his Day 1 E3 2010 Coverage and it turned out great! He’s wrong about a few games – and this is something we fight about more over the next few days but its a great video, check it out!

an animator working with a top d-school degree starts off with about $60k a year, an art director starts with about $78k after 5 years experience entry level it goes up to about $68k. not bad for an art school. plus i just got an load of scholarships this year so im paying only 1k a semester
….. have fun counting other people’s money

The New Vegas trailer still gives me chills.

I have to disagree with Spoony about Fallout New Vegas. Sure, the game may feel the same in terms of controls and such, but its a completely new game with a whole new storyline and area to explore. In fact, the Mojave Desert is roughly the same size as the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3, not to mention all of the improvements to the game (character wheel, customized weapons, iron sights, etc) so there’s no way that this game is just an addon or a mission pack. I also find it hard to judge a game based on a few minutes of gameplay (I have no idea how long Spoony played for, but it was probably no more than an hour).

I’m excited for New Vegas, i somewhat make it a rule to go pc with any multi-platform game. Fallout 3 being the best example in my opinion. The mods out for it and it’s overall malleability make it far superior to its console counterpart in so many ways. Being able to add to the in-game music is one great example of this. I just read that New Vegas will also have its own version of the geck modding software currently available for fallout 3 so i can’t wait to see what the modding community will do once New Vegas comes out and you can bet i’m gonna be sure to import my post-apocalyptic movie soundtracks into the game once i get my copy

Huh….Spoony seems like a person that is DIFFICULT to please. I mean not one game it seems he was really excited for with the exception of some Guitar Hero Games however with how he graded the last one he’s going to hate it anyways because it wont have the songs he likes.
Angry Joe I’m curious of your takes on some of these games. I can see what you meant though on “He’s wrong about a few games” so I’m curious on your take on some of these games as well as what you been had done at E3

Spoony posted a correction, saying that Assassin’s Creed is set to be multiplatform, when he posted this video on his site.

I know Deadliest Warrior is nothing exciting, but at least now we might be able to see Pirates Vs. Ninjas, unlike the actual show.

Oh god, another evolved guitar hero, another mass of noobs approaching to music say that “THEY CAN PLAI TEH GUITAR!111!!!” Like if learning guitar needs only two minutes of practise at day.
Whetever, not interested about the new fallout, I mean, the third chapter was a good return of a classic saga, but this one won’t add more to the saga imho

Well it was fun but spoony isnt such and expert.
And yeah Assassins Creed Brotherhood is multiplatform.

Gotta say, Shogun caught my interest out of that bit the most. Also, Spoony knows not to mess with the Ultramarines, lol

Firstly assassin’s creed brotherhood is multi-platform.
Secondly you’re too quick to judge the games.
other than that great video.
