  wow this game was shit lucky me i didn’t buy it (fuck that ulti ed. adds fucking nothing) i’ll just stick to buying the blazblue series which has a less of a roster where there is no majority played char (like dante and etc.) in fact characters in MvC3 just seem almost too alike with little differences.. you have position chars and range chars then easy combo chars…..half the roster i seen are utterly weak or never played (Modok forever unplayed)…..this game was just a huge letdown and deserves a 5

  I brought the collector’s edition of this game and well, needless to say, I was pissed when the “Ultimate” version came out.

  Hi Joe! I’m a huge fan from Brazil, and what I have to say isn’t about this video specifically, so forgive me, ok? I couldn’t find a “Contact Joe” button or form, sorry again!

  Here in my country, because of import taxes, a game might cost more than 100 dollars, so it’s awesome that we have someone like you, who reviews games without bullshit, in order to save money and spend it only on great games.

  So, are you planning to do a Street Fighter X Tekken review? Please do! I totally agree with your opinion about fighting games, that should pack the amount of content that a game like Mortal Kombat have. I really prefer Capcom’s gameplay, but I’m sick and tired of been robbed by Capcom and their extra thin games.
  So, should I buy this game?

  My bro bought Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 a little while ago. I was really annoyed that they didn’t put filters on ranks so 8th Lords can just waltz into the lobby and kick your ass. 2nd thing I agreed with you that I hated and that they should have was a tutorial. (it was funny I was thinking the same thing would make it easier) 3rd The broken online play. The only thing I found really fun was 2 player versus mode.

  Just accidentally found Angry Joe’s site and watched this review.
  I liked how this review pointed out the serious things!
  I’m a big fan of the series, blindly bought the game and after one hour, i had taken it down. The fighting mechanics was good enough, but that alone doesn’t keep me hooked up. The character roster is laughable, the modes are missing, and now every people will have to buy the Ultimate version of the game to EVEN HAVE UPDATES! THERE WILL BE NO PATCHES TO THE FISRT VERSION OF THE GAME!!! What a broken way of developement!!!
  The only thing i really don’t care is the story. I think a story is not necessary for a fighting game. I want to fight -> for win!
  So bout these facts i’m really looking forward to see a review of the Ultimate version from Joe.

  It looks like the main reason ur giving MvC3 a 6 outta 10 is because the sucky online play. i really don’t care about online play when it comes to consoles. so i would give it an 8 outta 10 no 9 outta 10

  I love this game but afte seeing this review… You are absolutely right! So Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is just an add on for 40 bucks???? My only complaint about this game is more fighters AS DLC NOT ON A RETAIL DISC! Thanks so much sir.

  You were right, to be honest you are one of the most honest reviewers online and I salute you. Please if you have time make a video on this Ultimate vs. Capcom 3 and for the future of gaming I hope you were wrong that we are not the minority.
