It has come to my attention many of you oppose the SOPA bill I’m having fast tracked! Perhaps you people are just misinformed or perhaps you are all pirates! The honorable ranking member Conyers R-TX, a co-sponsor of SOPA might have said it best, “All we’re trying to do here is stop online piracy. Since when did opposition get so fierce against this? What could be behind the motives of people or organizations that don’t think stopping online piracy is something that we need to deal with?” Well said indeed!

I met Joe Biden & even George Bush < (When he was still the president.) I've been invited to the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 9/11 Ground Zero services. There was a US Senator who has both a FBI security detail & CIA security. In fact for all the 9/11 services in Lower Manhattan there were bomb squads inside & outside the buildings near Ground Zero, Snipers with Spotters on the roofs, Army, Swat & NAtional Guard personnel armed with some serious weaponary & hell most of VIP US officals like former mayors & other gov members had FBI & CIA security details near them at all times. I got the attention of 1 of the roof top snipers during the 2010 9/11 services at Ground Zero. My Uncle whose a NYPD cop & A few of his FDNY pals notice a red dot moving up from my chest to my head. It was from 1 of those sniper units on the rooftops of the buildings closest to the Ground Zero site. But I think I know why there our snipers posted in the White House Area. Good news everyone, the SOPA bill vote in the house just got cancelled today. It will return next year, but hopefully with better wording that will protect legitimate websites such as this one from abuse. By “abuse” I mean any company would have had the power to shut down a website if you reviewed a product of theirs simply because they didn’t like the review/rating/etc. Say NO to that. Protect our reviewer’s rights. Until the bill is reworded so that it can ONLY target piracy websites(Where as now it would allow any company to target almost anything), say NO.
But next year, Protect IP, another abusive bill, is up for vote. This bill, while not as threatening as SOPA, could be abused in almost the same way to have our favorite legitimate websites blocked, where they would no longer work by their domain name and cease to appear in search engines if targeted. It too needs rewording so that it can only target foreign over seas piracy websites.

PIPA(Protect IP Act) is not different bill. This is the Senate companion to SOPA and in the end they will be merged(read get the worst of both bills) in order to be send to the President for signature. Right now there is bipartisan opposition to PIPA in the Senate, led by Sen. Ron Wyden(D-OR) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY). They treten to filibuster the bill if it comes to the floor, but if they don’t have 2/3 of the Senators at their side it will be pointless – so WRITE YOUR SENATOR AND DEMAND HE STAND WITH THE ANTI-PIPA GROUP! They need to know they will loose public support(ie. votes) if they suport this terrible bill!!!

This bill as of right now looks like it will be passed onto its next destention but the house has not clarify on how this will be a Law, they debated about this all day since 10:00am to 9:00pm and those in the House that don’t want it wanted to Amend so parts of the Bill but as of right now the Bill is still intact. Later today they are supposed to vote it off the House of repersentives floor to the senators and see what is all said there. Remember though if this Law doesn’t gets its votes it needs to be passed it goes back to be rewritten then it starts all over again but if to much is rewritten from the orignal form the bill is dead. So lets see and hope.
