do anyone know how to give artifacts to other generals in this game??the main hero have way too much items and the terrible tutorial doesnt show me how to do that.

I think that King Arthur was a good game except for that after a few years all the shit breaks loose and I end up ignoring every fiefdoms complains, I still do the quests, but I just don’t care if they’re not loyal, nor do I care if they don’t feel safe, I Just do not give a damn, and that is why I hope that King Arthur 2 will succeed Much much much more.

Ok, i have played the game a bit by now and i would like to share some brief ideas of my experience. 1st: i LOVED KA1… i liked the blend of RTS/RPG, it was original and set the idea of the Total War experience with spells, heroes and artifacts.
Those who have played it… know what i mean and (like me i guess) where eager waiting for the sequel. Well… iam sad to say, the game resulted ¨dull¨… not only the graphic engine isn´t fluid (i have a Radeon HD6850 and X4 processor, witcher2 and skyrim full and so on…), which could be bereable for the sake of a good game… but something else is wrong…
Is hard to explain.. but the story isn´t well told… the voice of the old man got annoying fast (so i turn it off), and the battles didn´t got me exited… i know there is a gem behind all this… but the game just could´t make the spell over me to dig and search for it… I don´t know which strategy game will be playing this 2012… 1st Sword of the Stars 2, and now KA2…
Hope you find fun with the game… i guess iam going to play skyrim of kingdom of amalur and don´t ¨Waste time¨ with it. My 2 cents, Loth

Ok Dead legions is not a stand alone, it is a DLC, I think they changed it because unless I’ve gone crazy steam had it listed as a stand alone and sold it as such for the last week but now it is a dlc.

I am still downloading the game from steam… damn bandwidth limits!
Hopefully they will continue working on the support for this game… The first one still having crashing issues. (haven’t been able to beat it because it keeps crashing)

already got this game in the uk it is sweat, no bugs or lag issues but my machine is a beast so i cant say compared tot he average gamer

Bad News: right now for many plp (most of the complains come from customers with high end GPU´s) the game is experiencing heavy lag in battle (mainly when the battle progresses for 8-10 min).
We are all happy about the story and the quality of the product, etc,, but something went wrong during the testing lab, because the game in this state won´t be successful among the less forgiving gamer crowd.
I hope Joe´s make this warning in the final review, but please don´t destroy the game in the score… iam sure that with some patches it will run smoothly like KA-1.
We need this game, there aren´t many strategies titles for 2012 and the Total War series won´t ever have heroes, items and magics with a lightling that strikes from the sky and kill 100 guys…

The price of 9.99 is for King Arthur 2: Dead Legions which is a stand alone which doesn’t require the base game. I think Joe played this version and which is separate from King Arthur 2 (both were released same day). King Arthur 2 is 39.99 and I believe focuses on Arthur, Joe didn’t know how this fit in with the whole Arthur mythology, because maybe it doesn’t. You know maybe its Arthur’s great great grandfather’s cousin’s best friends roommate’s tale.

I think he just posted the info about the other game he just previewed by accident, because the release date doesn’t match up either and it’s identical to the other one. Everybody makes mistakes.

This does look pretty good. The camera might benefit from a Cinematic Mode, ala Star Wars: Empire at War, where you just back and watch the carnage for a while while the game picks the best angles for you. Perfect to show off the improved graphics and animations.
