Amnesia Fortnight Gets Humble Bundled
Developer Double Fine changes up its yearly Amnesia Fortnight event, giving fans choice of price and project!
Every year something strange happens at the studio of Double Fine. This tight knit group of developers, producers, designers and coders are split into small teams to rapidly prototype any game they can think of within the time span of two weeks. This has lead to the creation of such games as: Costume Quest, Iron Brigade, and Stacking. This time, the game has changed, as fans will be asked to choose the four projects they want to see completed by voting for them on the Double Fine’s Humble Bundle page with a minimum pledge of $1. The winners will then have two weeks to make their prototypes with the results being given to those who bought the Humble Bundle, but that’s not all as the entire 2 weeks will be recorded and posted each day by 2 Player Productions.
Each of the games that have been pitched have forum locations setup for discussion, with detailed breakdowns of what each team working on the project hopes to achieve. You can find the Double Fine forums by clicking here, and the Humble Bundle page by clicking here. I know this is a bit different then other news postings but tell us, which of the games would you like to see the team prototype?

Tim Schafer really should go back on doing quest games, but i think its not a bad idea.
