For all the batman fans… if he’s going into gladiator battles, the only advantage he always has on his belt is the Kryptonite ring. other than that, he always has his standard gear that, while impressive, isn’t impressive enough for every fight.
Bane would win if batman was unprepared, as he was in their first battle. but in any other circumstance batsy would get it (p.s. i think bats would win v superman cos he probably has a store of kryptonite at the ready)

Joe, dude, you should pair up Deathstroke with someone since he will certainly be in the game. I wanna mention though that at some point Deathstroke “terminated” the entire Justice League by himself.

I have to be honest and practical. If this wasn’t a comic and real life scenario, I wouldn’t be bias or fan-boyish and but my money on evil & injustice.
Bane would win hands-down with out mercy and probably decapitate Batman’s head w/o any 2nd chance or a rematch like in the comic.
Also Wonder Woman(as awesome as she is*dreams*), if she faced someone less compassionate and with a little less stable(mentally), WW would loose due to obvious weaknesses.
Harley…comeon! She’s the Jokers sidekick and coined as “the crasyest broad you’ll have the un-fortune of facing.
She might set WW up in a trap(like in SAW). o.o;
Sorry Wonder Woman, with your high profile, you would be pick-off w/o mercy.

I loved your work, honest reviews about games and movies! You can’t even imagine my nerdgasm when you visited my homeland – Poland – being huge fan of all people from thatguywiththeglasses or blisteredthumbs. Though it bothers me now, that you make videos that I don’t like that much, bad sign… Recently I stopped watching Doug Walker videos for same reason. Not that I don’t like change – Spoony’s Counter Monkey is a welcomed new show, I love every bit of it! Still: hope you stick to movies and games, brilliant as usual.

In the last Arkham games, Batman kicked the hell out of Bane´s ass. What´s gonna happen now? Bane getting his ass whipped… AGAIN !!

No offense but most of the characters from the Batman storyline are way more interesting than any of the other characters in DC comics, Including Superman.
Batman from the comics vs Bane, Batman wins because he knows Bane, thats really all he needs to take out an opponent, you need to be random as Joker or Lex to really give him problems.
Harley vs Wonder Woman?
I vote for Harley since shes becoming a very powerful character lately. WW flaw is that she is too predictable, and taking into account how they developed her from then to now…..It looks like shes been casted aside.
Well the username says it all. I am really looking forward to this game and I remember you talking about the possibility of Lobo being in the game (well in blog form). I’d really like your thoughts on that. If there’s a Lobo, he probably won’t be in the “start roster” … story wise … I don’t think he would fit in there, since it’s really dark and mature at this point. So hopefully DLC. What is everyone’s thought on that?

As for Batman vs Bane hard to make this one. Yes we seen comics and the movie so batman obvi wins there but, no offence in the comic and especially in DKR batman would have been dead. Im sorry. Idc how much your in shape etc.. if someone breaks your spine you can’t just punch it back in and it will heal after a while i know someone with a messed up back and that just doesn’t work. Now don’t go and say well hes batman, no no no. Batman is suppose to be the most human superhero hes not superman hes a human being. The way in reality DKR would have ended, Bane would blow the crap out of gotham.

Ok, in my humble opinion…
Batman vs Bane: Batman. Batman hands down. They’ve fought before. Batman knows what to expect. Batman is literally prepared for every possible scenario. Anything he’s encountered once, Batman can easily think up a contingency plan for. I mean, look at how he literally has a plan to take down EACH AND EVERY member of the Justice League.
Harley vs Wonder Woman: Can’t decide. I think it could go either way really.

Wonder women would win, then again. harley quinn is … kindof a henchmen…. of the joker….. who i quote “would not let the outcome of a fight be decided with a fistfight”. harley aint that smart, but if she decides to bring in her boss… IT IS ON.

Well I’ll start with the 2nd battle first, since as bad as it sounds and as often as its being stated, but Wonder Woman is going to get the win here. While Harley does have the agility and insanity combo on her side, Wonder Woman has gifts from the greek gods. Both physical attributes and actual gifts such as the gauntlets and lasso. I love Harley to death but sadly she’s just outclassed here. The win goes to The Amazon Princess.
NOW for the first fight. This one is a personal thing for me. I’m a Batman fan. And this involves two batman characters. Lets take a look at Batman first.
1) Martial Arts (Strength)
2) Highly intellegent (Strength)
3) “The Worlds Greatest Detective” (Strength)
4) Loved Ones and Allies (Strength/Weakness)
5) Vast Financial Resource (Strength)
6) Prideful (Weakness)
7) Selfdoubt (Weakness)
Now lets take a look at Bane
1) Superhuman Strength (Strength)
2) Highly Intellegent (Strength)
3) Former Assasin for the League of Shadows (Strength)
4) Addicted to Venom (Weakness)
5) Prideful (Weakness)
6) No Allies (Strength/Weakness)
Now just taking all of these things and going by a straight point system we can pull up a winner. I would’ve loved to have gone into more detail BUT I dont wanna make you guys read WAY too much. So lets put together the points. Mind you if a person has something thats both a strength and a weakness it counts as only a half point to each.
Results:
Batman – Strength: 4 1/2 Weakness: 2 1/2
Bane – Strength: 3 1/2 Weakness: 2 1/2
Looking at the results side by side my personal opinion is that Batman wins by a slim margin. It wouldnt be an easy battle as he’s going up against someone whose almost a mirror image of himself, but only warped by circumstances. This isnt just bias due to my love of Batman as I think Bane gets relegated to the “Hulking Brute” stereotype way too often. But the tip of the hat goes to Batman for the win.
I like to analyze their weaknesses, not their strengths. What kind of weakness does Batman have, anyway. His fluctuating no-kill code?
He’s not dependent on any substances, he has no emotional connections, he has a take-down plan for every villain and even every hero (As seen in the Justice League series.)
What the hell is left?
Flash wins hands down with his infinite mass punch vs anything forever the end.
You know… here I was, remembering that for a long time now, Joe didn’t put up videos. And here I am, opening the Angry Joe webpage, thinking that it sure would be nice if Joe put up a video.
And then I see Joe and Jacob in costumes and immediately I regret wishing to see a new video.
Anyway, let’s see what they made. I’ll try not to cringe. No promises.
Actual I seen Harley take out Wonder women on DC online…she steals WW rope and used it on her, even though her combat skills are just above par, all the years with the joker gives her some cunning as a thief. Also as I seen in the Batman animated seires, she was close to offing the bat then the joker ever did, of course he thrown her through a window with the ‘Do not call me putting.’ She seems also to have abnormal surviablity, surviving falls that could kill others, an she is armed with a hand gun, all she needs to do is lurk in teh shadows and off WW before she is noticed. Sorry voting for Harley in this one, also yes voting Batman, just cause I want to see SM vsBM

Omg in so many of the videos that dude dresses up as a chick.. is that one of his hobbies or something
… still its wearing out its welcome a bit. I don’t hav any creative scenarios for the fights & who wud win but I think Bane is highly likely to over-power Bat-Man(after all he is bat-man’s “Bane”) and I’m a little sorry to say(for Harley’s sake) that Wonder Woman wud DEMOLISH Harley Quinn.
I voted Bane but Batman is going to win. Bane is way stronger, incredibly smart and has taken Batman down but Batman is Batman. In Bane’s defense, it’s pretty hard to beat a guy armed with a Deus ex Machina belt.
The second fight isn’t even fair. Even if Harley knew Wonder Woman’s weakness she’d still lose because Wonder Woman has godlike powers. The only way I could see Harley winning the fight by herself is if she had tons of gadgets with her. She could use something like a smoke bomb, gas or supersonic sound device to distract Wonder Woman while she goes for the kill but even then it’s a crapshoot. I still vote Harley because I like her more but there’s no way she’d ever win.
Human Vs. Superhuman/Demi-God is always going to be a one-sided and stupid debate.
Also the best characters in Injustice is the Batman characters.
Harley unfortunately lost to everyone already because of how stupid they made her look in Injustice. Real shame since I really like Harley she’s one of my favorite characters in DC and she looks stupid as hell.
Here’s hoping for alternate/classic costumes.
I know nothing about Wonder Woman, but if she works with “Don’t kill” logic, isn’t being super strong a problem? Can she control her punches and kicks so she doesn’t accidentally kill Harlequin? Harley and other villains have a chance if they are going for kill as they don’t need to think the consequences.
She can pick Harley up and restrain her.
Problem solved.
And yes, she CAN restrain herself, like every other hero with super strength…

It was actually a couple swoops for Bane to defeat Batman. He wore him down and out smarted him. Too bad they always make Bane a stupid thug now
