I like the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game for the NES.  I got addicted to it, though I couldn't tell you why.

B.Boy the game on PS2. Got many bad Scores from different Reviews but i like this game. B.Boying in real life isn't easy, so why should it the game? The moves are awesome, the battles are addicting, the Soundtrack is amazing and the graphics are ok. Some animations are buggy and some transitions from one move to the other are unrealistic but the game is fun to play. I was so hyped when the sequel was announced for the PS3 but got cancelled for no reasons.

I liked Ultima VIII: Pagan overall despite the platformer sections.

For me it's The Banner Saga, my co-workers and friends all seem to just have a dislike for it, which makes no sense because many of them love RPG type games. In general though, the "Game of Thrones' video game, while its mechanics were, in all honesty, shit. It's over all story was rather intriguing and interesting enough for me.

I'm a huge fan of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 & 3. I'll never understand the stigma placed on them to be honest. I've had great times playing them.

I really like Bastion, but other people don't seem to like it. I can't wait for Transistor.

Blood And Magic (1995) - it's an early RTS and it has D&D Forgotten Realms licence, it's not very good but for some reason I love it

War of The Ring - it's a Warcraft3 clone set to LotR licence, and for me it's a guilty pleasure

Iron Sky Invasion: it's a movie licence tie-in to a hit independent movie Iron Sky, It's sort of medocre game in the space combat "sim" genre that lacks good new games. It's mostly just a guilty pleasure (altho taking down the giant armored Nazi Zeppelins with tiny aussie spacefighter is immensly satisfying) - havent tried the DLC that promises to mix RTS/fleet management with space sim to see how good it is at that.

The Banner Saga - despite some minor issues I had think this is a good tactical-RPG.

Guns of Icarus Online - this is a bit of a cheating, becoue I know I'm not the only one that likes it, but I think it deserves more popularity. It is hands down game with most teamwork required to defeat enemy players. It has a bit lacking ingame tutorial, there is a lot of online video guides and friendliest community (we work hard to teach players to play nice and to play well -- being nice is almost more op than teamwork).

Mine are Silent Hunter 4 and 5; these games were made by UbiSoft and so mods are required to fix all the bugs and crap. These are Submarine simulation games set in WW2. And when I say "simulation" I mean about as real as a game can get to commanding a submarine in combat... These games don't hold your hand and are insanely addicting.

There's not a more satisfying moment in gaming than attacking a convoy and sinking a few fat merchant ships before ghosting away as enemy escorts frantically comb the area for you.

King Arthur : The Roleplaying Wargame

I'll be the first to admit the mechanics are not the greatest, but it just engrosses me. I love the atmosphere, the music, the art, and the story. I am big into Celtic mythology/paganism, so that is part of the appeal, but something about a cloudy fall day makes me want to run it and start a new campaign..........
