have you ever been listening to a song that instantly reminds you of a game, even though it has nothing to officially do with it? Like the lyrics bring up imagery that fits the game so perfectly you almost believe that the song could have inspired the game in some small way.

I was listening to my ipod a while back when The Wanderer by Johnny Cash came on and it instantly reminded me of Fallout 3

So can anyone else think of other examples?

edit: just to clarify it doesn't have to be about fallout.

Yeah there's a lot of music which sounds fallout-appropriate, even if it was from later on than the music used in the game.  That's a good one though, and if you wanted to hear it in game you could always use the Radio Active Channel Extender mod to create a custom track list and add it in.

Marty Robbins' music always reminds me of Fallout New Vegas and pretty much any Bennie Goodman collaboration (say with Peggy Lee or Billie Holiday) works good to conjure up images of fallout 3.

This has a feel of it to be inspired by Revan from KotOR a bit, even though it wasn't actually related to it.

U2 - Elevation reminds me of Final Fantasy IX. Probably because I liked a video that had that song and footage from the game when I was younger.

EDIT:

And here's the video as well:
