Grand Theft Auto V Next Gen and PC release dates announced.

Looks like the Next Gen consoles version will be coming out November 18th, which isn't to far away, and looks amazing. 

Here is a Next Gen GTAV video using the PS4 version.

For the PC fans like myself unfortunately ( i play consoles too, but mostly PC), we will have to wait a little while longer.. Release date for the GTAV PC version will be on January 25th 2015....

So it is just more waiting for us, but hopefully it will be worth it. Rockstar said the next gen consoles version of GTAV multiplayer will have 30 players in a game, but no mention of the PC version, so maybe it will be larger? Either way, the mods will take over the PC version, and make it look amazing, and have crazy things that will make us want to keep playing it. Just glad both next gen console users who didn't get to play GTAV, and the PC gamers who had to do a dang petition to get the game finally gets to play it. lol

I kind of hope Rockstar would let you take over your completion of the Story into the next gen consoles but I guess Online stats/levels is good enough.

i bet microsoft and sony paid again for a few months of exclusivity.

 

it's either that or the PC version is still undergoing finalization before being worthy of a release. im sure rockstar don't want to waste money on releasing a PC version that pisses people off with bugs and no optimization that it drives people to piracy and bad press.

I would say it's the latter. I doubt that it's because of them building on top of the previous generation consoles though, since as far as the PS3 goes, it's different architecture. The 360 has PowerPC architecture, which I don't know how different it is from x86. Rockstar most likely doesn't want to mess up a PC launch this time around like you said.
