Is it just me or is this one of the best cartoons out there?

When it stops being shits and giggles and shows it's true colours.... God damn, It is absolutely amazing!

Like the episode Close Rick-Counters of the Rick Kind, with evil Morty at the end. Along with Rick crying when he is on Evil Rick's Operation table. And the music they choose to end these episodes on? Amazing! They perfectly set the feel.

Or the Episode Rick Potion, with Morty looking at his own corpse. Once again, the music for it is amazing.

Along with the newest episode that I have seen, Auto Erotic Assimilation, and the music and looking at Rick, It just really makes you feel for Rick, because he's obviously very pained while everyone he knows is completely oblivious to it.

This video died, so tough luck. EDIT: Aug. 19

I don't know what it is... but this Show never ceases to amaze me. It's definitely a welcome change from most of the absolute stupid garbage on [Adult Swim], Even if it's stupid to be funny. (Not counting Off The Air, that show is gold.)

Also, if you want to know the songs here they are:

The one from Auto Erotic Assimilation.

Evil Morty (Out of video space so I'll just link them):

Rick and Morty is my new favorite cartoon! (Besides Archer and Bravest Warriors and other old CN era cartoons), the art style is just great, the stories are sometimes great with humor and sometimes get deep (SE:2 Ep: 3)

I absolutely agree. It's definitely my favourite recent cartoon. 2ndly Adventure Time and 3rd Regular show. I love all the good cartoons that have come out in the last few years. They're all humorous in the best ways and also get deep. (AT's Lich Episodes for Example. Or the fact that it's world is actually just a Post-Apocalyptic Earth.)

Though, my favourite episodes are the Simon And Marcy ones. (Simon and Marciline are also my favourite characters in it.)

Yeah, most AT episodes are entirely deep and Pendelton Ward is a great animator! He's one of the reason why i want to study animation. Cartoons today are just plain, there's no soul in the cartoons of today (metaphorically), its like most cartoons today are made only for merchandise's (toys, lunchboxes). One thing, the old Ben 10 cartoons are the best (ranging from Ben 10 - Ben 10 Alien Force, i think), now they made another Ben 10 cartoon that looks bad (Omniverse).

I remember those, and I remember loving all the aliens that he turned into / or found, especially the evil one... err... I feel like it was all twisted, and spewing out darkness? I don't know, I remember very little specifics on that show.

But I agree, a lot of cartoons have lost the touch of what made them great. (I grew up with Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuffs, and Spongebob. < Truly amazing how Spongebob is still going to this day, and from the most recent episode of it I've watched, It's staying pretty true to it's old self.)

I think that alien you're talking about is Ghostface? That's a cool alien besides XLR8, and i grew with most of the old CN era cartoons and the old Nickelodeon era cartoons, and don't forget Studio Ghibli.

Yeah, I have a Wacom Bamboo. Almost replaced it when I upgraded to Windows 10 because it seemed like it wasn't working. (Gimp wasn't registering that it even existed, however I've since fixed that problem.)

Though, poor thing's been used to death. I'll probably need to replace it soon anyways.

I use a Wacom Intuos Pro medium, really great, but my cousin uses a Wacom Cintiq, which looks great. But if you're looking for a new replacement for your Wacom Bamboo i prefer the Wacom Intuos.

I've really got a lot out of the Bamboo model, too bad it's near time for Wacom to Shelf it and put it in the legacy section.

But I'll give Intuos a look when It finally gives out.

I would first and foremost recommend GIMP, you can do almost everything you can in PS in it, It's just harder to handle at times. IT DOES SUPPORT PRESSURE SENSITIVTY.

If not gimp then my second would be Paint Net. It's really simple to use but from what I have found they phased out pressure sensitivity because it's a bitch to program. It IS important though.

Cool drawings btw, and thanks for the recommendation.

Ahh, thanks, that's some espionage bawse totally not advertisement stuff right there!

Honestly, It was an example of Gimp. Everything I've done in the past week that is appropriate to show.

And I use Gimp for everything, It's pretty damned versatile.
