Personally, I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.  If I was forced to pick one then it would probably be Metal Gear Solid 5.

As always, it depends.

Are you more interested in an open world to dabble in than running missions? -> GTAV
Otherwise: MGS V

Fallout 4 might be a good game, but I wouldn't buy it at the moment. Give the developer some time to fix the bugs before buying that one.

A very interesting question...I feel compelled to say GTA V because it is a great game but then again all of them are great games...

I would say the same thing about not buying fallout 4 right now because of the bugs, but between the other two, if you are 100% ok with getting one or the other, just roll a dice fuck it.

GTA V if you want something to play and for the most part just kind of mess around in, though the story is okay as well.

MGSV if you are really into Metal Gear Solid and have at least played Peacewalker

Fallout 4 if you are a fallout follower and cannot wait to play it another second, there are some bugs admittedly but I have not come across any game breaking ones.

Well, MGSV is missing the true ending, as it was removed/not implemented into the game, due to time restraints

Fallout 4 is more of a shooter than an rpg, giving players a shitty dialouge system and dumbed down perks.

GTA V seems to have problems in the online part, with connections, hackers, lagging

But of course there are all the good things about the games, but still the bad things are something to consider as well.

Idk, i would personally not pick any of the games (maybe Fallout 4)

i would wait untill fallout 4 has released all it's DLC so you can get them in a collection, which is cheaper.

This choice depends solely on what you like to play more. Stealth, fultoning fuel and animals, being able to non-lethaly take down enemy soldiers, base/resource management, interesting conclusion to the MGS franchise? MGS5 is for you (unless you're just jumping into the series, then I highly suggest playing the others first, as it ties them all in, including MG 1&2 and MGS4.) 3 main characters/intertwining story arcs, heists, suburban open world  , and flyable planes? GTA V is for you. Apocalypse setting, like Fallout, like the looting system, and being able to switch perspectives? Fallout 4 is for you.
