STAR WARS THE FORCE AWAKENS DISAPPOINTING !!!!

8 posts in this topic

I personally cannot agree, I enjoyed the movie for what it was, a quirky but fun sci-fi adventure with a lot of references to A New Hope. Which in my mind is something they had to do, to show that they respected the older movies while writing a different narrative. I am not completely convinced  by the new direction they are taking the story, the next movie will likely cause my judgement on that since they will HAVE to forge new ground for me to be convinced. But for what it was I personally enjoyed it.

I respect your view and hope they improve on the next one.

My biggest gripe with your opinion is spoilers. And for correction their was no Tatooine or Hoth in this movie. But beside that the I enjoyed the movie alot but acknowledge it could be improved.

Oh yea I noticed that I said it was Hoth or another snow planet. I did Originally think Jakku was a place on Tatooine like a town or area, Thanks for watching my video.

I personally really enjoyed the movie but I can understand you point of view. It defiantly had its set of problems, especially the pacing witch was really off and left so many unanswered questions. However I think the reviewers giving it high ratings have a point. It is still a really good movie for what it is,but they could defiantly improve in the sequels.

Best parts for me:

BB8's thumbs up (d'awwwwww)

R2D2 shut down because Luke left (too many feels)

Allllllll the easter eggs *cough* hiding in the MF's floor

The scene between Chewy and the nurse

my biggest gripes:

The fact that the scene with Luke and Rei was 20 FUCKING SECONDS. Way too elongated.

The guy who played Ben Solo/ Kylo Ren was HORRIBLY cast. Looked nothing like Han or Leia. Broke the believability of him being their son.
