Probably going to be a sequel to ghosts (the worst CoD ever made). Doesnt matter what it is as Infinity Ward hasn't made a good game since MW2. Treyarch CoD 4 lyfe. Not sure why anyone is surprised as they release a CoD every 3 years, alternating with Sledgehammer and Treyarch, so IW were next up.

I actually liked Call of Duty: Ghosts. It was relatively fun and I enjoyed the first few levels of the campaign (the atmosphere was pretty cool and I felt like the underdog, rather than some generic guy that's part of a military organization with an infinite amount of resources at my back; kinda like a throwback to the nuclear detonation scene from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare). I just wish it was like that for the most of the game, with the last section of the game being about gathering what resources we had left and giving it one last hurrah in a final desperate bid to win it all (which it kinda was and it was a real rush... didn't like the tank controls, though). I also liked the idea that I was playing the brother and the son of two of the story's protagonists. It made me feel like I had a place in the conflict and gave the story some actual depth. Maybe not a whole lot of depth, but some depth nonetheless. And I still have a real blast with Squads. I like creating custom bots modeled after my friends and just going head-to-head with the AI. It was a mode that I wish the other Call of Duty games had. But I suppose that's why I also have Arma III.

I hear people don't like the game because of its politics, but I don't care much for politics, so I hardly even notice it. And even if I did, it was forgotten by the majority of my playtime spent in Squads mode.

Now Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfighter; those were games I did not like at all (Modern Warfare 3 I don't care much for). It's just an adrenaline rush from start to end, and afterwards I'm so burnt out of it that I just don't want to play them anymore. Yes, Ghosts had adrenaline rushes, but they were quick and spaced out with the slower sections so you could catch your breath. The other games was just one action setup after another. Too much for me to handle. If I wanted to play a game that was all action, but didn't take itself seriously at the same time, I'D PLAY EARTH DEFENSE FORCE.

And that's a perfectly fine and understandable thing to do.

I agree, although I do like Black Ops 2 and the fact that I bought both that game and Ghosts for extremely cheap used probably helps a lot. I spent $50 on AW, and regretted as soon as I started playing it.
