teamspeak?

What happened to team speak and account integration? Is the AJSA not using the teamspeak anymore? The Tutorial about it's use is deleted? I can't get recognized as a member in TS.

It appears the AJSA has fully switched to Discord. The AJSA server for it can be found here.

that's sad, but why did the AJSA switched? it's not that there are more people active now.

I can't for sure as it wasn't my choice to switch, but Discord is better to look at with a much clearer interface, more fun custom options to choose from, better and fairer options on premium, much more social (the general text chat is actually VERY active) and because the Android and IOS apps are both free and much better that the TS equivalent it's much better option for cross-platform gaming.

So, a good move I think.

The problem with it is that there's isn't as many admin and integration tools, but this is improving with every patch.

With the site update the bot is no longer working correctly and is unable to verify accounts. That now has to be done manually. The tutorial section was deleted because they no longer apply after the update. TS is still being used for events, we have not fully switched to Discord but likely will be in the future.

Thanks for the official reply I was about to rage how is it possible that the AJSA has switch to the "Web Based Voice comm" and that half of the AJSA don't even know it exists. And yes I am fully aware that after the website change, not only that the bot don't work but there is also NO manual way for me as a user to verify myself to the TS3 Server since that part of my profile is no longer present.

I am right to assume that "The Web Based Comm service" (pls don't talk about how great and social it is) cannot support a big number of users for the Events that you host on the TS3 server now?

About using it on the phone and calling is Multi-platform ... I don't know who in his right mind will Play on the PC and use a voice comm from his Phone. The TS app cost me less then 2 bucks and TeamSpeak is truly Multi-platform since it has native versions for all Phones / Windows / Linux / Mac

About the Social aspect on your new voice comm: With that service you are moving people even further away from this forum that is becoming absolute. That chat like conversation is as pointless as an youtube comment to a community and only useful to a single group of individuals that constantly need to discuss things.

And oh free Servers, I see. Don't answer this post I get it.
