(Unofficial) AJSA PS4 Rocket League Weekly Events

The Rocket League Event will occur EVERY week (unless circumstances change) at 18:30 PM GMT on a Friday (the first event being this week on the 22nd of April. Again just add me as a PSN friend (my PSN name is listed under my AJSA name when I post on here) and I'll send u the Party invites. You will then need to log onto rocket league and find private match, in the name you will need to type AJSA and the password should also be AJSA. (If for any reason I have to set up the lobby with a different name/password I'll let u guys know via the party chat). Dig out your Mics if u own one too  Remember All American and Europeans welcome, u just need a copy of Rocket League for the PS4. 

I will also be hosting a Planetside 2 Weekly Event for European PS4 owners EVERY Sat at 18:30 PM GMT starting on the 22nd of April (see link below for details).

Depending on the success of these events other weekly events may follow

I like this idea and plan to join in the Rocket League events if I can, but there's something I have to point out. Between PS4 and PC, Rocket League is a cross platform game, so to host an AJSA event on the PS4 without including PC players if they want to join I don't think is very fair. Planetside 2 is different as player on both platforms can't play directly with each other anyway, but I'd recommend coordinating this event on AJSA Discord so PC players can take part as well instead of the PS4 Rooms and chat system.

 

I'm not criticizing, just trying to help out.

I realise this, however I was limiting it to PS4 owners tho because the pc users cant join the PS4 party chat. I am aware Discord would resolve this problem however I do not like using Discord personally and my internet connection is not the greatest unfortunately so running my laptop and discord (I dont own a PC) aswell as the PS4 online would likely slow things down too much and cause lag, especially as my partner would also be likely using her IPAD at the same time.  I hope however to see you at the event

Well after a few technical issues, the first Rocket League Weekly Event got underway. The Event was short but sweet. The Night saw a 2 win 2 loss record by the AJSA members against other non AJSA members online (we will play online as a team of AJSA members against non AJSA members until we have large enough numbers for private lobbies). Lets try and beat this 2 win/ 2 loss record next week  AJSA Represent!   Shout out to Sabaton_owns (aka Shagger). Hope to see more AJSA members at the next event which will take place next week at 18:30 PM GMT (as usual) on Friday the 29th!
