Do you think Skyrim will ever be either backwards compatible or be remastered for the Xbone? Will this ever be a thing?

One of the most common things I hear from members concerning backwards compatibility is the absence of Skyrim. I have hope that it will eventually become backwards compatible but I can not provide any sort of time table and/or date.

I have a feeling that if a new Elder Scrolls game does come out (The Elder Scrolls VI) I could see them packaging a downloadable code for Skyrim via backwards compatibility similar to what they did with Fallout 4 (Fallout 3 included as a game code). Just my thoughts. :)

while i do think it would be cool to have an updated version of Skyrim on Console (mainly because my PC Sucks) this whole Re-Releasing things is getting out of hand. it used to be truly great games would receive HD remakes but now it seams like everything is getting brought up to the next gen. I feel the game companies are starting to think this is a good trend. granted this might anger some people but this is just how i feel.

That's what they did for Fallout 4, so that wouldn't surprise me.

I was very happy to hear that a remastered Skryim game was coming to Xbox as well as to PC and Playstation. It remains to be seen if they decide to include a backwards compatible code (again repeating a similar practice they did packaging a backwards compatible Fallout 3 code with Fallout 4) for previous games on the 360, such as Morrowind. Now that would be sweet!
