Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy

11 posts in this topic

They finally showed off the new remaster of Crash Bandicoot at PSX:

Finally Crash is back even if its only in a remaster I'm happy. Now I just want to know how all the bosses look. Can't wait to see the likes of TIny Tiger and Dingodile back to the original form and not the Crash of Titans and such look.

I'm not actually that surprised to see this happen, but not that exited either to tell the truth. I think that Crash games were very good in their day, but like the older style Tomb Raider games and (to some extent) the older Resident Evil games as well, within their respective genres haven't really aged that well. The graphics can be updated and the game footage there look sweet I admit, but I would be looking for a low price to consider this worth it.

I can wait to see what Warped looks like. My favorite of the original trilogy, along with my first introduction to Crash Bandicoot as a kid. I'm especially excited to see how all the bosses look.

Opening cinematic for the first game.

Tawna actually does something! Though sadly she still will disappear after the first game.

hopefully they focus on 60 fps gameplay

I don't think it'll be running in 60fps, as the gameplay we've seen so far runs at 30fps.
