[Holo Call] Bethesda teases new IPs! and more...

3 posts in this topic

Hey guys and gals! James here aka Wade D McGinnis. On this week in Holo Call, Bethesda teases new IPs, Prey demo is out and I want to talk about it, Strafe announces three collector's edition, Perception gets a release date, and Nioh releases it's first DLC.

Let me hear your thoughts down below. What do you think Bethesda will announce at E3? How was the Prey demo for you? Are you jazzed by Strafe, Perception and Nioh's first DLC?

Correction: Alex Yu is the main character's older brother, not father. As we can see from the family pic, his father is the one sitting down.

I played 3 hours of Prey's demo. And I fucking love it. What a great way to make me want to buy the game: just let you play through the first sections of the game, and then stop the story progression with a plot twist that makes you want to buy the game. And buy it I did! On PC of course.

They have learned their lesson from Dishonored 2. This port, is fucking awesome. 60 fps and smooth performance. Just the way I like it. I highly recommend playing it on PC to make hitting those annoying mimics much easier. Hitting them with the PS4 controller is quite tricky considering how small they are.

My mistake. Still love the idea of Benedict Wong playing the character.

I was wondering how it was performing on PC. I have my PS4 copy coming from Gamefly and I never support pre-ordering. In the case of Arkane, it was a given not to bother pre-ordering until I got reviews of the game.
