Really? I am your father? I know it's supposed to be like religious fanatical way of saying "I am God, and you shall worship me", but all that's in my mind is this

Interesting. Yet another sequel to Farcry that has abso fucking lutely nothing to do with the previous game. We go from escaping a tropical island filled with killer mercenaries and mutant, to fighting African druglords, to Vaas, to Pagan Min, and now to fighting Outlast esque religious fanatical cultists.

I'm looking forward to this game. As long as the story is as good as Farcry 3, and the gameplay be an overhawl of Farcry 3's combat system but equally as good, this game will be pretty sweet. But we'll have to wait and see how this game plays out.

Another interesting in concept, open world game from Ubisoft that's going to disappoint their bank managers because they still don't get we gamers are burnt out on open world games from Ubisoft, particularly from the same tired ass franchises. Some mad fanatic with twisted morals to take down... again. At least Farcry Primal tried something unique, it just wasn't executed very well. I like the Farcry games, and I genuinely do think this will be good, but you can only milk the same, exhausted idea so much.

I am still waiting for actual game play. We got a lot of pretty videos but no game play. Until then, reserving my judgement.

My thoughts exactly. To me, Far Cry Primal was a bit disappointing, and I'm starting to smell a "Gold/Deluxe" edition trend here, so I'm a little cautious with this one. Let's just hope the main villain has the charm and charisma like Vass and/or Pagan Min.

Disappointing they went the generic crazy preacher path that almost everyone else does. America's really does have a major problem with gun nut violent militias and cults, usually based on hatred of other religions, racism, or propaganda, there really doesn't need to be another cartoon crazy preacher or a cult that wants to worship "he who walks behind the rows," that's getting pretty old and makes for a boring story. Even more disappointing after they talk about following real world events and going to America. Guess it is Far Cry and the over the top villain has been a focus after everyone got obsessed with Vaas and the series kind of lost the introspection after 2.

Being less mission focused and having co-op is a nice change/addition.

At the moment I am pretty sure the side characters might be better than the villain lol

I have a hunch that this game will have the least intimidating villain in history, I just imagine the main villain looking something like this:

However, I enjoy games which tackle the concept of religion and I sincerely hope there will be no stupendous, overwhelming amount of stupidity in the form of "controversy" over this.

I'm absolutely sure this won't be the next Ultima, but I'll give it a chance.

I'm looking forward to playing this game and seeing how this thing goes down. far cry 2,3,4 were bad ass in my good time book.

I live in Montana, so I'm excited to see just how badly they fuck up my home state. And I mean that in the best way possible, too. Not only will I take a perverse joy in seeing Pope- I mean Hope County turned into Syria in the Rockies, I will also have fun mocking all the stupid stereotypes that will likely be in the game.

I am a big fan of ubisoft games , however , even tho i find far cry games fun they get boring fast , even with an interesting setting it will follow the same generic formula , i have played since far cry games since fc3 , which was my fav fc4 is a carbon copy fc primal is well decent the aesthetic is amazing tbh , i really want to trust that ubi will make this game alot more interesting than fc4
