Divinity Origina Sin 2

2 posts in this topic

Today is the release day for Divinity Original Sin 2, i played for the last year in Early access and just want to share how amazing this game and Larian Studios are, you can tell how much heart, sould and passion they put in there, i think this i a clear example of what a good studio can make when they can do what they love to do (make games) and have not hit the "Super Publisher Suit Wall" with their microtransaccions or "ruin game changes" to low the cost. Ill be very happy if a can see a Angry Review of this game i think they really deserve one.

Ps. Sorry for my bad english is not my native lenguage.

I really look forward to play D:OS2 but it is has to get a Linux-version first. Good thing is that their D:OS Linux-version was very good. They were struggling because some middleware they used but since they replaced it with their in-house version they were able to publish the game for Linux. The release took over a year (near two?) longer they originally planned but the wait was worth of it.

Although I liked D:OS a lot I think it had some issues I hope they have solved on D:OS2. The biggest issue I had was at some point the game started to rely on its element system too much and some areas were full of "puzzles" based on it. Otherwise I don't have much to complain about D:OS. It is an excellent game.
