Racing games!

So.

Racing games. I enjoy them.

Racing simulators? I freaking live for them.

So am I the only one with the love of virtual burnt rubber, or does someone share my enthusiasm. If so, we need to race! :)

So any favorites? Post them down belooow.gp_abu_dhabi_2012_gara_domenica_198_tn.j

Fuck yes! Racing games are what got me into gaming in the first place as a little kid! Midtown Madness, Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit, and some old DOS-game in pink and black...

Nowadays I enjoy the Gran Turismo-series. There's just something about collecting cars, winning races... One of the best gaming franchises for me personally. I also enjoy the Codemaster-games, but some of them don't run very well on my PC, for some reason. Grid 2, for example, crashes to desktop more often then I can say "Leave me alone, I know what to do"...

I'm a big fan of the Codemasters games. I have Grid 2 on Steam but haven't played it as much as the old ones.  Grew up with San Fransisco Rush, F-Zero all the good 64 racers.  I've actually been playing through Star Wars Episode 1 Racer lately.

Grid 2 was a big turnoff for me. Don't get me wrong, I freaking loved GRID and it's drifting mode. But GRID2 was nothing but drift. Even the damn open-wheel cars..

Don't worry, you didn't miss anything but a soaring headache and a bad day.

Hell yeah, now you're talking!  I enjoy sim racers immensly. Mostly I've been playing GTR2, GTR Evo, Rfactor, and Richard Burns rally. I'm considering getting Rfactor 2 as well since I'm loving the demo. I'm not too exited about Raceroom Racing Experience since it's f2p and if you were to buy the amount of content that's in say GTR2, it would cost a lot more than 60€. Moving on, I also play many less serious but still to an extent realistic racers, such as the Codemasters F1 series. And of course, I've played Gran Turismo since the first game and can't wait for GT6. Lastly, kudos for the pic of Räikkönen.

The GranTurismo series has always been my favorite, can't wait for GT6. Might also be getting Forza if I so happen to have some extra cash for Xbox One~

I played F1 games for a while but after losing my competative spirit from constant loses , I haven't dipped into it back for a while now. I race from time to time as side-activities in games but as a sole racing game, not so much anymore.
