As to not interfere with the EF event time, this event will be pushed 1 hour back. (Again)
Big changes will be coming in 2017! Thanks for your continuous support in keeping these community events alive!  Before quitting 2016 we are please to announce that we are doing a special throwback BF4 event right after our BF1 one. It is advisable that you start downloading the game ASAP, no DLCs will be required but is preferable to have just in case. While we have fully transfered over to Battlefield 1, we thought this would be a good idea to say farewell to one of our first official and founding game of this community!
Depending on the number of participants we will receive during this event, we will be playing either on Rush (24 players) or Operation (40 or 64 players). To ensure that everyone will be playing on the same server as fast as possible, it would be a advisable to start adding one another on Origin (Please refer to this thread for posting your Origin ID and finding others). 2 hours later we will switch over to Battlefield 4 and pretty much do the same thing.
    *Time: Battlefield 1 - December 30th on 6:00pm EST/ 11:00pm GMT - Event Duration: 4 hours
              Battlefield 4 - 8:00pm EST/ 1:00am GMT
Be awared that we still have an existing platoon up for Battlefield 4, if you want your AJSA tag in-game (and generally looking badass) be sure to join it, unless you already did so. (Be sure to log in before clicking the link)
    Host: QwiK (Origin ID: QwiKAJSA)
Voice Server: We will be using our Discord Server for this event. AJSA Discord > Voice Channel > Battlefield 1
If you have any problems, suggestions or concerns regarding this event to make, then please refer to our PC game host QwiK. Else please refer to our dedicated sub-forum.
    See you in the Battlefield!
    * Times could always changes, if so please refer to the event post again if any changes or update has been made.

    By Conan, in Frontpage,

With winter finally coming to us all, it is time to turn our attention to the months of November and December. As many of you probably know, these two months are filled with a myriad of different holidays across the different cultures, including (but not limited to) Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. Aside from that, many people spend this time of the year with their family and/or travelling. As such, we, the Expeditionary Conclave, felt it best not to host new games during these two months. Rather we will dedicate this time to do a recap of the more popular games we hosted during the last year and as such, we will spend the nine weekends of these two months revisiting nine of our games (the last two events will be held on the last two Fridays of December, as to not interfere with Christmas and New Year's celebrations).
This weeks game will be Burnout: Paradise!

    Event layout
Saturday, the 5th of November, at 9pm GMT/ 5pm EDT: Speed Runners
Saturday, the 12th of November, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Team Fortress 2
Saturday, the 19th of November, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: MechWarrior Online
Saturday, the 26th of November, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Rising Storm/ Red Orchestra 2
Saturday, the 3rd of December, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Tabletop Simulator
Saturday, the 10th of December, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Guns of Icarus Online
    Saturday, the 17th of December, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Payday 2
Friday, the 23rd of December, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Dungeon Defenders 2
Friday, the 30th of December, at 9pm GMT/ 4pm EDT: Burnout: Paradise

And just to make things even more fun, we'll put those of you who manage to attend all events in their entire duration down for one of our rare contest pips, for when forum awards make a return.

    Dedicated Players
We encourage commitment and attendance within the EF, this we offer attendance pips for those players, who attend at least 50% of the events. For which you will receive said pip, once awards made their return.

If you want to suggest ideas, discuss the game or make other recommendations, then feel free to do so in the PC Gaming Forum. If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to contact the EF leaders, namely Acepilot666, Brandykins1982, Conan, Digs or Jayson's Rage.

    Commander's Report
2016 was quite the adventure. I'm very proud of where the community has come and how it has grown in 2016. Thank you to each and every one of you who participated, organized, and help support the staggering amount of events and activities we've done this year (nearly 300 combined official and community events held over a span of 12 months, just about an event every day).
This was also my first full calendar year [Jan to Dec] as Commander. Thank you for your trust and friendship. I can't wait to work and play with you all going into 2017 to continue keeping this community up and going and helping spread the AJSA ideals of team work, respect, and good gaming across the games we play in.
We are finishing off the year with a slate of holiday themed series of events. Starting this Friday as well the AJSA Xbox One Division will be going on its formal Winter Break. Details on the break are posted below. These events showcased in this article will be our last official Xbox One Events of 2016. Thank you and see you in 2017.
    News & Highlights
Winter Break Notice [Dec 23rd to Jan 2nd] -  Friendly reminder! Please be aware that this coming Friday December 23rd the AJSA Xbox One Division is formally going on its Winter Break. The break will last until January 2nd, 2017. This means that there will be no scheduled AJSA events on the Xbox One during this time. This will a time to relax, spend with your family and/or tackle your video game backlog during the Holidays. Members can still contact members of staff for assistance and use the AJSA Xbox Club to look for and squad up with fellow members during the break.
Before we go on break we will have a series of Holiday themed community events starting on Tuesday December 20th, 2016. Please join us as we will end the Year as we started it (playing lots of video games!) and look towards 2017. Info on the upcoming events are listed below in this article.
AJSA Xbox One Weekly Event Schedule [December 20th to December 22nd]
Event Participation Notes - For new members/first time event participants, I highly encourage you to add all the hosts as your friend on Xbox Live (Gamertags are listed for every host below). You can also join the AJSA Xbox Club and add hosts/members there.
All Xbox Live event parties are open and participants can join freely without restriction. Communication is done primarily in the Xbox Live Party system. We accept and make adjustments for people who are shy in large groups and/or for people who have no mics.
If you do not have the host as a friend, please message the host for an invite to the game/party during the event and then exchange friend requests upon entry to the party.
If you would like to give advance notice to the host that you would like to play, you are free to do so. Otherwise keep note of the event start times and join the host's party. If you have any questions, please contact me directly at "RuneX" on the forums or on Xbox Live.

    Destiny - Xbox One Event - Tuesday Dec. 20th, 2016 @6:30pm EST (11:30pm GMT)

This is the last Destiny event of 2016. Squad up with us as we tackle "The Dawning" and complete the various different challenges it presents. This event is scheduled for December 20th, 2016 @6:30pm EST as we gather to play Destiny on the Xbox One. Members of all skill levels are welcome to play with fellow Angry Army members.
We offer various squad activities which will involve strikes, missions, quests, and completing daily challenges. If you've been looking to level up and/or have been seeking an organized Destiny group this is a perfect opportunity for you.
This will also be a great chance for you to knock out your weekly bounties and Sparrow Racing quests. That being said: Destiny DLC is NOT required to participate in this event. Members who don't have Rise of Iron are still welcome and we'll adjust squads accordingly.

    Battlefield 4 - Xbox One Event - Wednesday Dec. 21st, 2016 @6:30pm EST (11:30pm GMT)

    A Special Throwback/Holiday Community Event
Battlefield 4 stands as the AJSA Xbox One Division's most popular and successful title. With weekly events starting in April 2015 and lasting until October 2016, it was our longest running weekly event series in our Division. Since the release of Battlefield 1, the AJSA Xbox One Battlefield Community has effectively moved over to the new game and BF4 events have ceased in favor of the new game.
However as we close our 2016, let us not forget games like Battlefield 4 that helped us as a community bond and play together. I'm pleased to announce that this Wednesday at 6:30pm EST we're holding a special Throwback/Holiday Community Event for Battlefield 4 hosted by RuneX. Join in for a night of good gaming and fun as we end the year.
    DLC not required to participate.

GTA Online - Xbox One Event - Thursday Dec. 22nd, 2016 @6:30pm EST (11:30pm GMT)

'Tis The 'Angry' Holiday Season in Los Santos
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the city not a criminal was stirring, not even a kitty; The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that ol' Slade Bogaty would soon be there; the Angry Army were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of mass destruction, expensive cars, mansions, and warehouses full of money danced in their heads....
Welcome to the most explosive Holiday party of the year. This Thursday join us for a festive Grand Theft Auto Online event hosted by Kris Kringle's favorite son, Slade Bogaty. We officially wrap up the 2016 event calendar with some GTA gaming goodness. Custom games, races, biker/CEO missions, Adversary mode....we are not holding back anything this event.
Participants are highly encouraged to join the Xbox Live Party of the host "Slade Bogaty" during the event. If the party is full, please message him so room can be made for you. You can add the host to your friends list if you yet to do so and/or you can message them in advance to let him know you'd like to play.
Slade Bogaty can be reached on the forums and Xbox Live at "Slade Bogaty" for assistance.
