    AJSA Special Operation - November 2018 - Anniversary Announcement

    Join the Angry Army this November for Special Operations: Quinquennial as we unite to honor the founding of the AJSA Gaming Community! Across PC and console there will be special celebratory activities planned for members to engage in and play with each other as we observe our ‘5th Year Anniversary’. Organizers from Game Nights on Playstation 4, Weekly Events on Xbox One, and Expeditionary Force Events on PC have come together to select game titles that represent the history of the AJSA on their respective platforms.

    This Anniversary is a unique opportunity for us to rally together as a community to reflect on the past and look towards the future. The Special Operation will allow members old and new to experience these games for one last ride or for first time. Without a doubt there will be many tales passed down and told of past adventures and hijinks that defined our presence in these games. It is our hope and desire to have this Special Operation recognize the important of these games in our history on each platform, mark the closure of 2018, and set up a foundation for the community in 2019 to build on.

    We hope you can join us as we celebrate the AJSA 5th Year Anniversary this November. There will be Special Operation events on PC and console for the first three weekends of the month (outlined below). We look forward revisiting these community defining games and playing with everyone. Thank you for an amazing five years! Never Give Up! Never Surrender! Victory or Death!

    Event Outline

    Each weekend, for the first three weeks of November, there will be AJSA Special Operation events. Each Division will meet and play at the time of their choice, determined by organizers on their respective platform, across games they selected to represent their platform during the Anniversary. Below is a brief outline of what you can expect from us. There will be additional articles going forward advertising these events in more detail as each weekend draws near. Please refer to our Division links for additional information concerning each platform.

    • Saturday November 3rd - 6:00pm EST - Battlefield 4
    • Saturday November 10th - 6:00pm EST - Warframe
    • Saturday November 17th - 6:00pm EST - GTA Online
