    Thankfully as I have searched just now, this company's rep has been shattered to pieces. That QST thing you mentioned only got $30,585 out of $600,000 in September 2017. And judging by the chart of funding, they got most of that in the first 2 days of their Kickstarter, probably out of their own pocket to fool people into thinking that people actually pledge for this thing, and then the rest just plummets to oblivion, most definitely by the fact that people realized who these company actually were so they let people know about it.

    Even if they create a new Kickstarter, people will know "oh, aren't these those assholes that rip us off with their previous game?" and blacklist them anyway, so we don't have to do anything. They're going to fall by themselves.
