With the departure of Damian from the AJSA community I have volunteered to take over command of the Star Citizen portion of the AJSA. Weynard will still be assisting me in the organizing of the guild but in a non-officer role. Game officers and Sergeants for Star Citizen have not been decided and will likely not be decided until FPS comes out.

Another week has passed us by and ...... damm this was a quiet week

Kojima and Del Torro collaboration will happen in the future
Kojima and Del Torro will collaborate on something in thwe future- So as well all know Kojima and Konami will be parting ways later this year due to ... apparently fucking everything and because Konami are wanting to go full mobile. This led to the cancellation of the new Silent Hills that Kojima and Del Torro were due to work on together however this week it has come out that they are both fully intending on working together on a horror related title in the future.

League of Legends team makes history going undefeated
The newly formed Fnatic team in League of Legends have become the first team in history to win every single game in a season going 18-0 this season. Congrats to the team and this will hopefully will lead to them great success at LOL's world championships in the fall.

Dota 2 The International Wildcard matches end.
The International 2015 wildcard matches begun yesterday with 4 teams battiling it out to decide who would take the final 2 slots in the group stages of TI. All the teams fought to the bitter end with one game coming down to a base race between both teams but  Team Archon representing America and Team Vega Squadron of EU both came close but were sadly eliminated with MVP of the SEA Region and CDEC from China clinching the final 2 slots now they will battle the remaining team in the group stages this week.

Ok so as many of you know I will be the game officer for Destiny when that game launches in September and as such i will be delegating some of my powers and responsibilities to the Game Officers. Those being Ziggy, Thrower and MrFool along with newly promoted officers Muddlet (Muddy-Chan) and Riverside75. These people will be the people running the Dota 2 Guild on a day to day basis i will still be around so you ain't getting rid of me that easily and I will still have some control over the guild and will be the game officers main point of contact with the council. So am i stepping down? no am i giving the Game Officers more power yes. So congrats to our officers with their new powers and responsibilities and i hope you all join me in wishing them good luck.

Since i have been spammed with steam messages on my phone about this topic while i was sleeping i will answer your points as fairly as i can..

1- lack of commitment regarding tags
For this point i agree that not everyone has the AJSA tag in front of their name this is a issue that has multiple causes ranging from people not knowing its a rule to people changing their names at multiple points in time and even changing their name while playing DOTA while it can be done it is still a bit of a hassle so for the moment we can leave it as it is until such a time as it becomes apparent that we need to change.

    2- Stay Active
I will agree right now that there are a large number of people who do not connect to teamspeak and it does piss me off immensely. This is why we implemented the must be in teamspeak to play in a inhouse rule. On the point of being inactive i will do a small clean up of people out of game for at least 60 days and more over the course of the next week bear in mind that i have to kick them from the steam group and then remove them from the DOTA 2 guild and then from friends list so it takes a fair amount of time. Before this the AJSA guild has had a excellent disciplinary record as i have only ever had to remove 2 people from the guild before this .

    3- Possible solutions
Bear in mind right now its post TI so people will be burned out from so much dota over the past few months once the new patch hits then we should see an increase in the amount of people, also there are others who have either started school, still on holiday or have pc issues that may hinder them from being on so a complete cull of the guild is a little excessive also because that would mean all the current officers would have to go through their entire friends list and cull that along with the guild and group.
    4- Keeping people engaged.
Unfortunately the weekly inhouses idea took a lot of effort and also people kinda got bored of them and there was a bit of a debate about what mode we play as some people hate captains draft and when we say have fun people then decide to tryhard which ruined the experience for others. I do agree that the AJSA youtube channel would be a good idea i will talk to natural dilemma about that. On the note of officers there will be a announcement of new officers over this weekend which was planned in advance, unfortuantly the dota 2 guild options do not allow me to make seargants so your either a member or officer thats why we have no sergeants as the role is not neededto exist.

Overall thank you for bringing up these concerns of course i would prefer it if it was brought to my attention privately first so i could give you an answer immediately but your points are valid enough to warrant action.    Now im going back to bed
