Came to post this. Just about every year, I get the urge to play UFO Defense and put about 30-40 hours into it.
I wish I could get OpenXcom to work.

So one of our other members told me about a game last night on TeamSpeak. I had to make a video.

Here is an excellent track from eternal ring on the PS2 made by From Software. (Creators of Dark Souls and Demon Souls)
    Water Cavern:

Here is a track from Persona 2 Innocent Sin. The three games before Persona 3 don't get a lot of attention, but I think the music in these games is right up there with the new Persona games. Also of note is that Persona 2 is split into two separate games and the final boss of the game caused some censorship issues for certain releases out of Japan.

Ah the original might and magic series. I have been playing them since Might & Magic 1 and personally I have two favorites.
Might and Magic 5:The Mandate of Heaven-This was an excellent game and the first game in the series that went 3D. I think this one had the some of the more interesting storylines and also had the ending to one of the previous heroes of might and magic games as part of the storyline.
Might and Magic 7: For blood and Honor-I liked this game since it took all the elements from what was good about M&M6 and expanded on it. My personal feeling is that Might & Magic 9 killed the series.

    Personally this my own answers
    1: Might and magic 7
2: Much more freedom when creating you party
3: Actually from earlier this year. Finally managed to kill that damn dragon on Emerald Island after years of taunting me

We will most likely play EDH
    Here is the ban list
    http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/resources.aspx?x=magic/rules/100cardsingleton-commander

EDH 100 card deck, with your general in the 100
your general has to be a LEGENDARY CREATURE and then these rules apply

-> your deck can only play the colour of your general (pay cost or his abilities)

AKA http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=20527 You can only play red and colourless (you can always play colourless no matter what

http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=113539 You can only play red/blue/black/colourless spells

-> 1 of each card unless it's a basic land (so you cant have 2 fireballs, or more then 1 relentess rats)

-> Your General is in an "exiled" zone in which you can play him at any time, but if he dies you have the choice too put him in the graveyard, or put him back in the general zone and he will now cost two colourless mana

EDH is a better choice because the games last longer, and your a lot less to see one turn win decks
Added Bans (I hopefully wont have to add more but)
Braids, Cabal Minion she's just a very anti-fun card if played early on, and generally a deck with her in it will have her based around her mechanic (pretty much everyone is going to be saccing 5 things a turn)

If anyone is fans of megaman and old school FPS games like Doom, then I would like to point your attention to Megaman 8-bit Deathmatch. This mod of the doom wad was created by Cutman Mike and his team as a love letter to megaman games and can be downloaded from his site: (http://cutstuff.net/mm8bdm). I am in the process of setting up a classes team deathmatch server and if anyone wants to join in feel free. I will posting more information on the server in a couple days. You will also need a seperate program to setup for multiplayer called Zandronium (http://zandronum.com) and the setup and configuration is very simple.  Here are updated instructions to get doom seeker running Easily for multiplayer:
1.Download and install Zandronium (use default install path)
    2. In "Query" in the toolbar, uncheck everything but "Zandronum". This makes querying slightly faster and slims down your results. (default)
    3. In "Server Filter" (The funnel), enter "megagame" in the field labeled "WADs". This excludes servers hosting Doom, Doom2, HeXen, and other games running on the same engine.
    4. In Options > Configure > Engines > Zandronum > Path to executable (should be configured by default).
    5. MAKE SURE that "Masterserver address" is "master.zandronum.com:15300" without quotes.
    6. Uncheck "Testing Releases" if it's checked.
    7. In the same Configure menu, select "File paths". Select the folder you extracted MM8BDM to and ensure that you put all .pk3 and .wad files in that folder.
    8. In the same Configure menu, select Wadseeker > General. Select the folder you extracted MM8BDM to under "Directory where Wadseeker will put wads into". Wadseeker automatically downloads mods for you that you don't have.

Welcome Rimokiller. I see you like RPG's and I might have some recommendations for you. If you like hard but rewarding RPG's I recommend the Kingsfield series and shadow tower on the PS1 and PS2. The games were made by the team that made Demon and Dark souls. I also recommend the Suikoden series if you are a JRPG lover.
