This event will be held Wednesday May 1st, 2019, 2pm EDT/7pm GMT in the Angry Joe show army discord. and as those may have heard, yes planetside 2 now has Direct X 11! meaning it runs better, looks smoother, and lags quite a lot less than it used to, plus for subscribers of the game currently you can deploy an NS operative a neutral character that will align with the faction that currently has the lowest pop for that server.
