    Well guys.

As the game is now sub-free, I think some people might be interested again. So we got to have an invite thread open for it now.

I know that feeling. It was especially bad in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for me. you can carry so little and I'd run back to town to sell everything over and over... which would be a stupid waste since towns rarely sell anything worthwhile to actually USE all that cash I got to begin with!
That said, inventory enlargement is most definately cheating in some games. Sword of the stars: The pit for example, having an inventory enlargement would pretty much kill half the challenge of the game, or DoomRL...Mind you those games don't have towns for you to sell stuff in so maybe that's a clue.

1: I'm a lootwhore, which is why I get mods to increase carry weight in games like Fallout and Skyrim. I don't really see this as much as cheating, as I see it as saving me from spending 30 minutes on running back and forth with stuff.

2: Always like to sort my inventory, if the game don't have a sort inventory button. I'll do it myself.

3: Always reloading in FPS ot Third PS games. Which got me in trouble so many times in Payday 2.

4: I tend to start a game, then try another game before finishing the first one. Annnnnnnnd I forget to get back to it, or a new game comes out that I want to play. Leaving many games unfinished.

5: I also have the problem with doing so many sidequests that I forget what the main story is about in games where that's possible.

I did pre-order the Collector's Edition of the game, not because I wanted to pay a lot of money for something that looked pretty, but because I was actually expecting a great game. The graphics still look great for me, but much more important than the graphics however, the game is freaking FUN to play.

There's lots off loot, huge world to explore, different skillset builds to try out, which might make it interestin to replay to try out different things to find what works best for you. Besides, there WILL be a modding community for the game, just wait a little and the graphic improvements you want will be modded. I for one is not disappointed at all, I'm having a blast.

Final Fantasy XV: Loved FF since VII. Still looking forward to it, even tho I don't like their latest games, including Type-O.
Uncharted 4: Love Uncharted, ND is in my opinion the best developer company today, always solid releases without game breaking bugs in my experience.
The Division: Even tho it's been delayed to 2016, still looking forward to it, think it's gonna be awesome.
Witcher 3: Haven't really played the other Witcher games, even tho I have them. But I love open world games and it sound awesome and the trailer looked beautiful.

  8. NinjaGamingBear liked a post in a topic by Puntosmx in Sims 4 First impression
    I saw the TB playthrough.

I don't like the character generation. Even if it has more slots to equip accessories, it seems hard at times to grab the right anchor point to shift the features you want.
The neighborhood would be acceptable if you could adjust and shift it in some way. Having limited lots is Sims1-level restrictive.
Not-open-world is bullshit. You either make an open world like Sims 3 or you limit the world to small spaces like Sims 2. As you said, this "mix" would work if the neighbors' houses were readily accessible, without need of loading screens.
The minimalistic GUI gives too litle information. It's not only that you have to switch tabs like sin Sims 3, now you need a magnifying glass to check the information in the corner of the screen.
The constant need to mouseover the small desire icons is frustrating. I'd rather have a larger icon to be able to identify it at a glance.

The focus on emotions as driving mechanic is too simplistic.
First, because it doesn't preserve previous emotions to create a mood range (like the moodlets faked Sims 3), but rather a "emotional state" where some actions open up and others seem to get bonuses and penalties.
Second, because it leads to mood swings, where a hapy character can suddenly rage or depress because someone talked to him the wrong way.

    TL;DR: I'm NOT impressed.

Poll is over guys, Dawngreaker won. Let's all change over to that as our home campagin and I'll try to set up a PvP event Saturday 26th.
I will also see if I can get Joe to make a short YouTube EU PvP Event hype video for us. So let's all cross our fingers.

Getting the DEDSEC Edition for PS4, been waiting a LONG time for this game now. They better have spent all the delay time good. But there is only one way to find out, and I don't think Ubisoft will let us down.
  13. hornedturtle liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in The Elder Scrolls Online: Monthly Subscription for a Full-priced Game
The problem with microtansactions only games, is the the game pretty much turns out to be pay-to-win. Because they need money to keep the game going, people will level slower, it will be harder to upgrade\level items, good loot is even more rare, all in order to sell items to help with these things. So if it's a free-to-play with micro transactions, you usually need to put in A LOT of time or a lot of money to get strong.

With a monthly subscribtion, they should not bother with microtransactions, at least no on game changing items that makes you a lot stronger than everyone else. But everyone should be on the same playing field and have the same chance to get strong if they are willing to put the WORK into it, and not their money.
  14. TolaSrrup liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in The Elder Scrolls Online: Monthly Subscription for a Full-priced Game
From what I understand, all the expansions are going to be free for ESO and to be honest, if the game is worth the purches price and then some. I do not mind helping them with a small fee every month. If it's good, I'll gladly pay. If it sucks, I'm not giving them my money. But I do believe it's going to be an awesome game, but we just have to wait and see about it.

I don't really see why people keep complaining about it, you don't like it then don't pay it. If you do like it, is it REALLY that bad to spend 15 bucks a month to support a great game? Most people waste more than 15 a month on bullshit anyway, least this way it goes to a good cause.
  15. Rain liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in Borderlands 3? Will it happen and what do you want to see in it?
That skill tree option sounds great. It would allow for people of the same class to still be useful for different situations and people would be able to make their charachters more personal, that's something I would like to see.
  16. hornedturtle liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in The Elder Scrolls Online: Monthly Subscription for a Full-priced Game
I can actually see your poin on how asking $15 a month can be greedy. But expecting to buy an MMORPG for $60 and then expect the company to spend all the time and work on keeping the game going on, adding new content, servers and everything for YEARS that they have to pay for in order for you to play this game. Can also be seen as you being too greedy to actually pay for all the work that goes into keeping the game running over time.

I also heard that all DLC\Expeansion packs for ESO is gonig to be free, which is paid for with the montly fee. If you don't want to pay for it, then don't do it, but it is what it is. It will cost a lot of money to keep the game up and running and I for one have no problem supporting a good game. Besides, I waste more than $15 a month on ice cream anyway.
  17. PO3T1985 liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in YouTube Copyright claim solution
One solution could be that deveoplers and publishers that do allow their games to be used for reviews, let's plays and walkthroughs could add their games to a "exceptions" list where they say that yes we own the rights to this game, but we do allow people to use the content in the game for these type of videos.

Then when you upload a video on youtube, you would have to specify what publisher that gave out the game, then you could get a list of all accepted games from that publisher and choose what game you are uploading from. By doing this, these videos would be matched against the exception list when someone tried to flag tham and be cleared automatically becase the developers have already permitted that game.

It might sound stupid and it would have to be a bit more work for develpoer to actually add inn these games, specially for those who have released a lot of games. But it would also allow them to choose what games they would and would not allow. This would be a good solution in my opinion. What do you guys think?

I had a lot of fun in this game, not as stealthy as I should have been. Pretty much killed everyone, but still fun.
But making this an open world game would be like turning it into "the new" Assassin's Creed for me, they can have more places and bigger areas to play around in, but not every game need to be open world. I know that I will get next Dishonored game.
  19. Berserker liked a post in a topic by NinjaGamingBear in Xbox One not hitting delayed regions until Q3 2014?
I completely agree, I don't think there is anything at all about the delay reasons that can't be added in a system update, MS should just release the console and update things as they are ready for the area. Would be a lot better for the gamers and for themselfs.

The PlayStation 4 PSN ID List is to form a collection of PSN IDs within our community, creating a focus list rather than scattering ourselves among several other threads looking for friends. So if you're happy to share your PSN ID and being added by other AJSA members, reply to this post. Not only can you find new friends, but you also can take part in our community in other ways like the AJSA Rooms or AJSA Community feature. When adding someone from the list on PSN simply add the message AJSA in the Friend Request, so people know who you are.
Things To Post Along Your PSN ID (optional)
Games that you’re playing currently. Games that you’re looking forward to playing. Whether you’re a PS4, PS Vita, and/or PS3 owner (Remember this a PlayStation 4 & Vita Subforum). Whether you wish to join the AJSA Rooms (learn more below). Whether you wish to join the AJSA Community feature (learn more below). Lastly, without this community continuing to grow, respecting one another, and always having someone to play with, we wouldn’t have accomplished what we have already. Without you guys, none of this couldn’t be possible.
    Thank you, all of you.

It is mostly for streaming and it does a good job of that. Probably get more games that can be voice controlled down the line but it is a nice change for party chat. The camera is a lot better than the little earplug you got at least, well that's my opinion tho.

    Hey guys.
Getting the PS4 on Europe release this firday. Looking for tips on any games to get?
Was looking forward to Watch Dogs, but that's still about 5 months away, after the Killzone Review I don't think I'll be getting that one.
So I was wondering if there actually are any good games out for PS4 at this moment?
Are getting the indie PS Plus game ResoGun tho.
