  7. When: Saturday, 6th September, 2014, Operation will commence at 2PM EST (7PM GMT) Where: EMERALD Server, AJSA Teamspeak: ts3.ajsagaming.com How: Platoon and Squad Leaders will create specific Squad Channels in the Teamspeak to match the name of the in-game Squad in PS2. Join the Teamspeak Channel that matches the squad you join in game, so you can hear your Squad Leader! New members read the "READ HERE" forum post to see a list of Sergeants/Officers to send in-game messages to so you can get invited to the outfit. What: Our objective during Ops is to play together as a large team and cooperatively fight as an unit semi-seriously, while still having a fun time. Squad members are expected to listen to their Squad Leaders to ensure the AJSA is victorious in battle. Event Outline: Kick-off Phase: plight of the (people who aren’t flying) Valkyries To get into the mood and to announce that the AJSA is here, we will do some Valkyrie play as you should all be aware is our new toy to play with in the air which we will be doing as one large blob, before normal combat operations begin. For this operation, we are doing some drops so make sure your Valkyries have at least some certs put into it! After we all die horribly or realize our worthlessness and flimsy flying machines we call Valkyries, we can begin normal operations. Combat Phase: We will then break off to our platoon and squad assignments. If an Alert has started, we will play the objectives of the alert, otherwise, we will go to hot spots where we are needed (splitting continents if called for). Racing Phase: AJSA RACING LEAGUE, Race #11 Valkyrie Race! Once the Combat Phase winds down, we will have another exciting edition of the AJSA Racing League. This time our 12th Official Race will be in a Valkyrie! This post has been promoted to an article

  9. Yesterday (23rd August) the AJSA ran it’s 10th official operation named “MAXimum Decimation” in which the start of the operation the two platoons first lead by Darktemplar and second platoon by Puttymon dropped on Aurixcom Substation on Amerish which was successful captured. Command made special interest into securing this base which we did though the sheer number the AJSA had at it’s disposal and the precise timing of the drop. After the preliminary assault Platoon one was tasked with securing Mekala Auxiliary Compound while second platoon was ordered to defend Aurixcom substation, unfortunately there was a miscommunication between squad leads resulting in Platoon being unable to cap the point they were tasked with taking. This communication error was due to a larger number of people using command chat in the teamspeak, this issue was soon sorted and Platoon one soon re-deployed to Aurixcom substation to push the assaulting NC back from the base. We were met with equal force of these highly trained and organised outfits, even against these odds the AJSA still managed to secure the base in true Terran Republic style. Once we had pushed the NC back the majority of Mekala Auxiliary Compound where a large scale engagement ensued where platoon one was held outside the base for over 15 minutes and was not able to capture the objective, while two of the squads assaulted the NC who were more experienced than most of the members of the attacking force there was another miscommunication between the platoon one lead and the Bravo squad lead meaning that Bravo re-deployed to ghost capping two surrounding bases which didn’t help our cause at Mekala Auxiliary Compound. Command then moved the outfit over to fight the VS at West Pass Watchtower where we were met with extreme resistance from the defending force, when we arrived at West Pass Watchtower we were almost successful in taking the facility against two to one odds, however just before achieved our objective with only three minutes remaining the VS force MAX crashed us out of the base and we were not able to repeat the offensive again with the same effectiveness as before. After deliberation by the squad and platoon leads the outfit was ordered to redeploy to Hossin as it was believed that we would have more success on that continent in actuality there was little to no resistance on Hossin resulting in a ghost cap by the hand of the AJSA, While on Hossin the command called the operation off but not before the an elite team from ZAPS,GOKU and DA attacked AJSA in full force. The race was a cross continent harasser race where a requirements for winning was to cross the finish line first with a MAX as a passenger who would be picked up at the halfway point. The winners of our 12th official racing league event are: 1st Place: sayhimatt - leany If you have any interesting to share about the event, or any videos/screenshots post down below .
  10. When: Saturday 23rd, August 2014 - Commencing at 7:30 PM EST (0:30 AM GMT) operation will have a 2 hour duration Where: Emerald Server, AJSA Teamspeak ts3.ajsagaming.com How: Platoon and Squad leaders will be assigned prior to the event starting and you will be allocated to squads in the teamspeak. After that you will be instructed to join the squad with the correct squad leader. Newer members should see the “READ ME” forum post to see the list of sergeants/officers so send an ingame message to receive an invite to the squad. (ask sergeants/officers for outfit invites if necessary) What: The AJSA will be working with several other outfits including RMAR, TRAF, IRNG and hosted by ODAM. All outfits involved will be in constant communication with each other so a high level of coordination will be achieved giving us the upper hand over the NC and VS. This event will be taking place 6 hours after Op #10 begins so those who want to be involved in both events will have time to take a break after one ends and the other starts, we are likely to have sergeants and officers in the teamspeak for all of the day so it is possible to continue playing after the event ends. As an added honor Officer Jyk will be selecting the best the AJSA has to offer as he will be leading this team into the heaviest of the fighting if you are chosen as one of the members of the elite team you will be given the IP to the ODAM teamspeak where you will then be given orders by Jyk himself. Those who were involved in the joint Op a few months ago involving most of the major outfits in the TR on Waterson will know the size and scale of the event and is like to be the same this time around, for those who were unlucky enough not to be involved then you are in for a real treat on the 23rd.
