Well, the Supreme Commander said that ethics in journalism is allowed in his forum.

AJSA is one among many communities which actually banned the discussion of it for many reasons. It wasn't just a officer trolling, it was a lot more which brought even more trolls and tons and tons of reports. There was also few hate posts which we removed instantly. As many mods as there was, it was still hard to control, the high command and most mods got fed up with it and decided to close it.

There is not much to say anymore, it was closed and is now banned for discussion. There was also one #gamersgate thread which totally went out of control. Sole reason why it got locked was because of too many trolls and hate posts too which were hidden, that's it. It wasn't because of the topic itself, it just brought a lot of weirdos to it. It's a sensitive topic in general, if you followed it you know what I'm talking about.

I'm going to lock this topic since everyone has replied to you and now me. If you got any further questions or anything, PM me.

Witcher 3 and Zelda Wii U.

    That is pretty much it.

Also the re-release of Homeworld of course but that isnt new.
  4. Corporate Agent liked a post in a topic by mouseno4 in Why are consumers so judgemental?
When it comes to games, movies, TV shows - consumers cant help themselves judging it by everything APART from seeing/experiencing it.

My sister for example, hated the prequel trilogy of Star Wars. ''Great travesty'' and the like. She is so adamant that the film makers have destroyed the franchise that she refuses to even watch the trailer for the new one. And this is someone with more Star Wars novels than novels that i own total.

Likewise, i know a LOT of people who flat out boycotted Dragon Age Inquisition, simply due to history. Bioware butchered the ending of Mass Effect 3 and trampled the Dragon Age franchise with the second game. Sure, the ending of ME3 was a flat out disaster and DA2 was a lackluster game to be sure.

These consumers base their entire opinions on past history as if its a sure sign of what to expect. I didnt hate the prequel Star Wars trilogy by any stretch - sure it was not even close to the level of the original trilogy of course. And Inquisition is a LOT better than DA2 and Origins COMBINED.

I cant speak for anyone else, but in the very least, i will give the new Star Wars movies a chance! I will make my decision on its quality AFTER I WATCH THE BLOODY THING. And now i hear rumblings of people who think Witcher 3's hype is seriously blown out of proportion?!?!

I have to laugh at all the people complaining and spouting ''price drop'' like the game isnt worth the price of entry.

Go look at all the overwhelmingly positive reviews all over the internet. They cant ALL be wrong can they? They cant ALL be paid off by EA.

So yes, it is good and it is worth the purchase price. If you like RPG's, there are not many reasons why you would not enjoy this game.

  10. mouseno4 liked a post in a topic by Wolfspawn in Will Inquisition hold up to Origins?
I, for one, liked Origins' combat. It wasn't great, but it was solid, tactical combat. The story itself wasn't anything special, but you could say that about any BioWare game. As it is always in BioWare games, the strongsuit in the narrative was the characters and the worldbuilding, not the plot.
  11. mouseno4 liked a post in a topic by KoinGaming in Will Inquisition hold up to Origins?
I'm one of the few people who liked Dragon Age 2's combat, which is why I'm hyped. The combat in DA2 had tons of impact (While in DA:Origins it looked like you were just doing tiny cuts with no impact and the only cool thing in there were the finishers). Although my memories might be affected by nostalgia (For a game I didn't exactly finish.) then I still remember when I played a warrior and flew across the battlefield cutting everything in the characters way into mincemeat. It felt meaty.
If the polish and story from Dragon Age Origins was there together with Dragon age 2's combat, with an more open world.. Then color me excited.

EA is the new EA, Ubisoft was just jealous of EA getting all the negative attention and wanted to be part of the uncool kidz club
  13. mouseno4 liked a post in a topic by Apex Spartan in Your predictions for DAI (Reviews are up!)
PC GAMER and others gave nice reviews. I think the game will be good, at least definitely better than DA2 although I didn't find DA2 to be THAT bad so I don't have low expectations of DAI either.

That is incredibly close minded of you. But that is your choice. If you choose to ignore great game experiences only because its free to play, that is your choice.

See one thing you must understand, is that the single biggest downfall of League of Legends and DOTA2 is that it is too hard core. It is simply not inviting to new players, those with less time to sit down and eek out the tiny little nugget of extra power well and truly before you even step into a match.

League of Legends is - if i were to take from a different genre entirely - like Dungeons and Dragons, where as Heroes is like Monopoly. Anyone and everyone can play Monopoly. Hardly anyone can play D&D without spending ages learning the intricacies of how the game works. Many many people who try League... get turned off and burnt out because the ''pro'' scene is so unforgiving. And that is a damn shame.

So Super Smash Bros for 3DS smashed my 3DS XL.

Well... it caused me to smash it so its the game's fault! That is what i am telling myself anyway.

Was pissing me off so much i slammed the console on the bed... on top of the hard plastic case for the Vita, smashing the LCD behind the top screen's glass. Yep, that is a write off.

Only got 3 weeks until i get the N3DS XL... but sadly now i cant trade it in and instead... i am left with a lemon. My own dumb fault i know, but it dont make it any easier to swallow.

Note to anyone thinking about buying this game... dont be surprised if it frustrates the absolute hell out of you as much as it did me. That and the apparent nature of the game is causing many gamers to break their circle pads due to extreme stress. The slamming of the controls to sides constantly eventually leads to breaking the plastic.

(here's hoping i can pawn the busted console on ebay as ''broken 3DS XL for parts only" and get at least something for it.

The most ive ever gotten is a comment or two after the game is over. Never in the game.
  25. mouseno4 liked a post in a topic by Apex Spartan in Playing support
Well that's one thing you gotta endure when you play support. So many times when I played support I would do such good engages where we would win teamfights easily or I would setup kills for my ADC. Not to mention midgame when you setup kills for other lanes, I mainly do that for mid, if we kill their bot and I have enough mana and HP, I gank mid. I love doing that with Leona, Zyra or Braum when he is F2P since I don't own him yet.

When supports make good plays, people will rarely notice. It's ADCs and APCs who mainly get all the glory since when you see Double Kills and Triple Kills, Quadra and Pentas, it's all done by ADCs and APCs and everyone gets excited when their teammate or someone is owning like that. Nobody sees you making plays and setting those up, I've only noticed a few players do that, ones who have enough respect to admit they are good because they are being helped.
What pisses me off the most is when you do good all game, nobody cares but when you do a mistake everyone goes on a period.

But that's your job. Make good support plays, setup kills and protect your team, whether your team notices or not.
