Mount and Blade: Bannerlord. Going to sink way too many hours into it and that's even BEFORE all of the awesome mods that will come out for it

I actually prefer KI over MK and SF because of it's combo system. Just feels more fluid and organic rather than memorizing pages of static combos and moves.
Xbox One also has MKX and BlazBlue available for it if you need a fighting game fix.

Wolf Among Us Season 2 damnit! That ending was inception-noise worthy and NEEDS a sequel.

My crits though. Looks like I can impersonate Conan the barbarian in voice AND in ability. I'm also glad I'm finally getting positive traits/quirks. For a while it wasn't looking so good.

It's very good but may take a few episodes to get into as there is a ton of characters to learn about in the beginning as it sets up the state of the galaxy, important characters, and background information

I agree. "Childish" things are often fun on a simplistic level. Nothing wrong with enjoying it

Devil is part timer: A comedy series where the demon king from a fantasy realm is being defeated so he uses magic to transport himself and his servant to our world. He then has to live as a human while his powers recover. This includes a job at "MacRonalds". Can be pretty funny. I watched it dubbed and it was pretty good.Legend of Galactic Heroes: basically diet game of thrones in space. No dubbed version but still excellent. Deals with various ideaologies, religious fanaticism, terrorism, corruption, an goverment types. Space combat is also awesome. Whole series is done in awesome 80's animation.

The game is a tactical RTS based around space combat in the warhammer 40k universe.  It is also (I think) the first UE4 RTS game and it looks amazing!  It releases March 2016
    Here's the gameplay trailer:

They have also come out with an Imperial Navy trailer and a story trailer.

The game comes with multiplayer and a full singleplayer campaign based around the 12th black crusade.  The factions in the game so far are the Imperial Navy, the Ork Freebooterz, Chaos Fleet, and either Dark Eldar pirates or regular Eldar.

There is a 5th faction, the Space Marines (AKA Spehhs Mehrens to DoW veterans) that is included in the "Early Adopter" edition which is available for pre-order BUT WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE 2 MONTHS AFTER RELEASE.  After the 2 months, you must buy the Space Marines as DLC.  This is awesome as it allows you to read reviews and watch gameplay before purchasing and still being able to get the bonus for free.

I'm planning on getting it after release in that 2 month "Early Adopter" window and was wondering what everyone else thought of the game.

I'm so tired of modern or near-future FPS games. Either go back to the past or go further into the future where you can be a bit more creative with stuff
  15. Ohgun liked a post in a topic by Chumbry42 in The Desire to Get A Place of Your Own.
I'm a full-time student so I wouldnt have the time to work enough to afford a place of my own while also going to school. Planning on moving out a few months after I get a decent job with my degree to give me a decent base to work from. Unfortunately that won't be for another 2 years, maybe 3 if I decide to get my CPA. If that all goes to plan I'll be on my own at 24 or 25 with the cpa.
But yeah I want to move out real bad just for the feeling of space and independence.
  16. Ohgun liked a post in a topic by Chumbry42 in What kind of mod would you use for XCOM 2?
I'd love to see someone complete some total conversions for different IP's like Warhammer 40k although that would take a huge amount of work to re-skin everything
  17. DELEVRYTHING liked a post in a topic by Chumbry42 in The Division Beta
I really like the beta although it isn't much different from the alpha except player count in the dark zone and some added customization and an extra base upgrade. Groups for darkzone is a must as at any moment someone can gank you for your loot. I've also encountered groups setting up traps and ambushes, luring players in with 1 rogue agent with a bounty, then his group popping out and wasting them for their loot. Was pretty crafty.
I like all the appearance/clothing options but I hope they work on the UI for it a bit as puttin it all into 1 big list is kinda clunky when you have almost 10+ of most categories (jackets, hats, etc).
I can definitely see myself putting in a lot of hours towards the game and the dark zone in particular

Wow I just keep having a series of unfortunate events happening to me lol. Slow reflexes cured, come back with a terrible disease.
  20. Raspharus liked a post in a topic by Chumbry42 in I think gamers are hurting gaming more than producers/developers
I only really get frustrated at games when they are difficult by being cheap. Heres an examples. Mass effect 1 moon base mission. The instant you open a certain door, a missile drone fires a 1 shot kill missile at your face and unless you know its coming (because it already killed you), you have no way of dodging. Thats the kind of difficulty I dislike. I dont mind hard encounters where I'm given a chance to at least react to what's happening on the screen.
As for grinding I agree with you. Sometimes when people complain of grinding, they just arent as good at the game and need to grind for better gear to compensate. This makes them upset and they complain.
I heard a great quote from a coach once, which I think can be applied to some newer gamers so I will paraphrase it. "Young people these days don't want to be challenged anymore, they want to be entertained".
Again I just want to be clear I'm not generalizing game genres or whole groups of gamers.

Second video has the exact same premise as the Terminator series. An AI goes rogue, uses machines to try and wipe out humanity but the survivors fight back. Sounds just like Terminator.
Some of those shots don't really make sense (everything from the Dark Knight rises is really out of place) and you might want a new title. "Robopocalypse" sounds like it was named by the guy who thought of "Sharknado"
As for the first one, there were some choppy parts either because you sped up the footage or the footage itself may have been a bit corrupted
  24. Malphisto liked a post in a topic by Chumbry42 in Division Beta
The Division Alpha was actually the only Alpha I've played in the last 2 years that made me actually want to buy the game more rather than less. I found it really fun with the limited time I had with it. I can tell they really don't want to mess this one up

I think I can guess how the mods will handle this.
