I just bought mine last week ago. I'm having fun at the moment and they willing to help you if you ask for them. It's worth paying I presume.
  2. Kaz32 liked a post in a topic by Michio in How is your Ping when you play online games on a server outside your home country?
When I'm from Philippines, I got at least 300 ping in another countries such as Europe Games (Tera Online) and 300+ ping in US (MMORPG Games) but when I'm trying to play Asian Servers, I got at least 90 ping or less. Maybe I was thinking it depends how far your location you are playing. By the way I have a internet connection up to 2mbps.

I myself playing an MOBA games since I was in elementary (I am now 21) and often played at the Internet Cafes. It frustates me sometimes especially when you constantly losing in a game but killing someone didn't crossed my mind even once or even reaching that point (that's crazy!). My parents are living in another country so I'm living today with my aunt. So in short, parenting was never caused me an issue here (thank God).
MOBA games greatly impact the kids here nowadays and everytime I went to the Internet Cafes, there are KIDS everywhere! Some wears their uniform while playing during school hours (which they're obviously skipped schools). Their attitude seems kinda wrong (They're often bothering other customers) and sometimes this leads into a fight. What's worse is they also know how to HACK! (Seriously what's with these kids nowadays?!)
My point is... just play moderately and don't take games seriously. Video games are supposed to entertain us and have fun with friends... It is not a tool to make people violent. And be sure know how to CONTROL YOURSELF! I've been hacked once and I've spent a lot of money into it but the fun I've experienced in that game are priceless and there is no reason for me to HUNT THAT GUY AND KILL HIM! Maybe they are right to ban these games in the Internet Cafes or maybe not. But if you're looking at the big picture, even if they're going to ban these games, it will less likely  to reduce these incidents. There are many MOBA games out there and I'm sure it will even cause more trouble. That is my opinion anyway.

I hate it when I read these articles and I read things like "This is due to fact that a number of parents complained that the games would interfere with the schooling of the children and that there has been a number of reports of violence that were attributed to the games, especially Dota/Dota 2 such as when a child was stabbed over 40 times due to alleged Dota 2 account hacking (read our report about it here) or when a teenager killed his grandmother for interrupting his game (read our report about it here). Not to mention this brawl that happened inside an Internet Café in Manila that was attributed to Dota."

    1. If you don't study because you play video games, that's absolutely your problem. Just because you can't make a freaking time table and follow it because you are so into games, then WORK IT OUT YOURSELF! What the...F...is wrong with these stupid parents? They want the games to be banned in the WHOLE country because their dumb kids can't get themselves in order and study? Seriously, what's with parenting today?
Honestly if I was born 50 years from now and I had some dumb parents, I would rather want a freaking robot mom and dad to raise me. If a parent can't get his kid to STOP playing games and make him study then you do NOT deserve to be a parent.

    2. And then there is all this sick stuff about a kid stabbing another kid because he lost a match or something. What's with that case of a guy in US coming in a theater and shooting up people on the Batman premiere? People are unstable and sick, LoL/DOTA and Batman didn't make them kill other people or themselves, but it's their sick mind that twists reality and makes them do stupid things. Such people I'm sad to say, need to be treated and be constantly monitored. So I lose a game of LoL now, I go to find the guy who pissed me off and made me lose and I decide to stab him to death. Is that LoL's fault? I don't think so. The fault goes to my unstable mind.

I'm seriously sad to see this thing happening mate. If I was there and I saw some parents who want LoL/Dota banned in your country because they can't take care of their kids, I would honestly go to them and slap them in the face 10x over and over again because such people don't deserve to be parents. How hard is it to ground your damn kid, take his PC away, keep him monitored and whatever else parents need to do. As for the murders and shit...you have to keep those kids away from other people and get them treated, that's all.
