I was looking for info about the game, and came across an article saying all the current DLC and updates that are on PS4 and PC will be bundled in the game for Xbox One, and it will still be the original price of $19.99

One key thing to do early Melon is to upgrade you weapons.  This will give a clue of which perks you should be picking because they become requirements for customization.  Also, try using (and upgrading) melee weapons.  I recommend the combat knife, it has quick attack speed.  You can find a combat knife and machete in one of the railroad stations on the side of the railroad line.  If you stick to the rail line you should be fine.  Don't go too close to the water or into the woods.
Also, if you feel you can't handle the enemies, run away.  Come back and avoid contact by staying in sneak mode and staying hidden.
    Good Luck

That's why you side quest and explore first in Bethesda games lol. They have pretty huge worlds with lots of locations to explore and fight through. If you rush through the main story, it doesn't feel as fulfilling. I have been playing for 2 in-games days (48 hrs) and I still haven't done most of the main quest. Though, I must admit, I really like to roam around and explore in open world games (I had well over 100 hours in Oblivion w / the shivering isles expansion)and everyone plays differently. Personally, I feel like just pushing through the main story leaves so much undone.

@fridgeracer: Ride to Hell: Redemption. Watch Dogs. Assassin's Creed: Liberation.
Newer does not always mean better.
I'd rather revisit the Persona series any day.

Hello to all members, and prospective members! I'm Psykogrl, Elder Scrolls Online Game Officer for the Xbox One. In my capacity I also serve as the Guildmaster of the AJSA Guild on the Xbox One. I would to give you all a little overview about our guild and highlight some of the things going on in the New Year.

We are, by nature, a diverse group and we aim to have fun first and foremost. I like for our Guild to be friendly and comfortable for anyone who would like to play with us during on or off events. As Guildmaster I'm here to make sure all members are treated fairly and new members are welcomed in open arms. I'm always open to answering questions about game quests/lore, helping members level up and get people connected with their fellow Guild mates.

With the New Year here please allow me to outline some of changes to the structure of the Guild and explain them for you all, as well as proposing some ideas for the Guild in general:

Adding a new rank level to the Guild - New level of "recruit" added for any new or inactive members of the guild. I understand that not everyone has a lot of time to devote to an MMO but would still like to be in the guild. Therefore, I downgraded any people who have not been active to recruit, as well as any new incoming people. In order to promote to "Member" you have to come to at least one event a month.
Friendly Allies - We have made an alliance with another guild, The Iron Wolves, that is run by a member of our guild, Zolok7. Games like Elder Scrolls Online are definitely fun to play as a group, and to try to work toward that end, I believe pairing up with some other folks who share our beliefs (like to have fun, are friendly, courteous etc) will benefit everyone and it will give us a chance to have more of a presence in PvP and allow for both sides to play the game with like-minded individuals some more.
Guild Trader - I have had some members asking if we could get a guild trader to sell goods to the game at large. I would like to see us have a Guild Trader if the demand is high enough. They are not cheap to bid on. I have heard that the minimum winning bid can be over 10k gold and that is only for one week of using that trader at that spot. If we want to do it as an on-going thing, we would have to figure out a way to raise that type of money every week. I'm open to discuss it with anyone who is interested and has any ideas to make it work.
2016 will be an interesting year for the Guild. I hope you all will join me in upcoming adventures. See you at the next event. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or help regarding the Xbox One Elder Scrolls Online group!

Valve is to Steam what EA is to Origin. Steam is a store front and account service provider, not a provider for an network for on line gaming services. Through Steam, Valve provide game servers for Valve's own games like TF2 as well as game servers they provide to publishers and developer's that want them for an additional charge.
PSN and XBL are not the same thing as Steam, they are more like PlayStation's and XBox's own version of a wide area network. Steam uses an already existing wide area network known as the world wide web. Comparing steam and the console networks just doesn't mesh not because one is better than the other, but because they're two different things. Valve doesn't have the right to charge people for the use of that wide area network because they don't own it.
The internet itself is something completely different again. That is physical and logistical network that the wide area networks use to transmit data.
Let me put this way, if the internet is a television set, the world wide web is one of the networks broadcasting to it and Steam is one it's TV shows. PSN and XBL are entirely different TV networks.
So, answer me a question. If Valve were to create thier own wide area network for thier game services, or according to the metaphor, thier own TV network, do you think they would still offer it for free?

But that's your opinion, not the rest of the world. People left and right already said that this movie is better than the prequels, and it's a damn good movie with a great story to start a new trilogy. For example, this guy.
You said you hate Avengers, many people had a great time and love that movie. Including me. So I don't think anything you say now actually counts to anything other than the rant of a cynic that's only negative just to make drama and ruin the fun for everyone who wants to enjoy the movie. There's a place for that, it's called the youtube comments section.
It all comes down to Joe's review anyway in the end. Once he gives this movie around 8 to 10, prepare to play Emily Wants to Play. Huahahahaha!!!
Hahaha! Me? I already Ride to Hell, Raven's Cry, Guise of the Wolf and Drake of the 99 Dragons. I already played through the worst of the worst already. Nothing I think of can possibly be worse.
Hm, but there is one game.....

Meh, maybe I'll play this for my next betting game.

  23. RuneX liked a post in a topic by Psykogrl in Elder Scrolls Online FREE this weekend! Dec 10-14
So, it was brought to my attention that Elder Scrolls Online is doing a free-to-play weekend, starting on Thursday December 10th until Monday December 14th.

This is great for anyone who is interested in trying out the game, but not sure if they will like it.

It will be available to start downloading at 3 AM on Thursday (It is a pretty big install at around 70GB with all the patches, so I would recommend trying to download it at that time)   Plus, if you purchase before the weekend is over at 3AM the 14th, you can get the game for 60% off.

They also have the Crowns on sale again for anyone who already has the game, but wants to get the expansions at a deal. The 5500 Crown pack will be 40% off, and that is enough to get both of the expansions that are out.

Here's a link to the site with all of the details :

    http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/2015/12/07/eso-free-play-weekend

So, If you've kinda wanted to try ESO but didn't want to drop full price on it in case you don't like it... You don't have an excuse now cause it's free for 4 whole days. What have you got to lose really? GO FOR IT!!!

Plus, you can come hang out with us at the ESO event Friday night @ 8pm EST if you do *wink wink, nudge nudge*
  24. Lightning liked a post in a topic by Psykogrl in These Install Times!
No, I meant the updates, not installing the actual game. The actual game does install from the disc. It still wont install more than one at the same time. It will just queue up additional updates or digits installs.
And yes, it does install the whole thing from the cd, yet still insists you have to keep it in to play it. I'd honestly like to see them take a step backward and use some sort of cd key system, like on PC games. So the after you installed, you could play and put a different one it to then install.

This year Rocket League showed the world just how amazing soccer with cars can be, and soon Xbox fans will finally be able to see what the fuss is about. The game — which is currently available on PS4 and PC — is coming to Microsoft's console in February, developer Psyonix announced at 2015 "Game Awards".
