  1. Just a thought, anyone have any mistakes they've made in a game without thinking? I've got plenty, embarrassingly enough, but my most recent took place in Hearthstone. I was practicing with a new Warlock deck, and it was my first time playing Warlock. I used his special ability, which, for those who don't know, allows you to draw a card at the expense of taking two damage, when I only had two health points left.
  2. Tough choice. Last of Us overall, though Pokemon is a close second, and I've really enjoyed A Link Between Worlds, but that's not up there.
  3. I really don't think this is going to happen.
  4. I have to give TB credit for this one, but reviews can be a great thing. A well-rounded, fair review written by someone who actually played a good amount of the game can say a lot. However, reviews that come from the people who hate on things like DmC for stupid reasons are poison.
  5. Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. ALBW is one of the games that allows you to leave the heart container behind.
  6. You know, something along the lines of a Nuzlocke Challenge in Pokemon. Has anyone ever created their own challenges and tried to complete them? For my fellow Nintendo fans, I'm gonna try beating A Link Between Worlds on a low percentage Three Heart Challenge, meaning no extra hearts or optional items such as mail or sword upgrades.
  7. It's a tough call, but I'm gonna go with Subway's meatball sub. It's always good, no matter what I'm in the mood for.
  8. It depends for me.
  9. I'll go back to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night a lot. Metal Gear Solid 3 is also a really good one. Oh, and I do go and try Skyrim mods when I'm really bored. I can't list them all, really.
  10. Final Fantasy already looks like it's improving, A Realm Reborn is an amazing game, and Final Fantasy XV looks awesome. Diablo 3 really doesn't suck, it just doesn't hold a candle to the second game, and I think it'll be a legitimately good game in March when the auction house is removed. As for Call of Duty, I never cared. It all still looks like Call of Duty. So Resident Evil will have to be my pick, because Operation Raccoon City and Six were God-awful, and that series needs a good reboot.
  11. Try Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, I think it'd be a good fit for someone who doesn't care for the more cultural stuff. It's setting is based on 17th-19th century Europe, with only a few cultural tropes, mostly in the form of characters from a country based on China and, to a lesser extent, Japan, itself. I really believe that it's a great show, with writing and characters that could still hold up no matter what medium was used to tell the story. Now, I've tossed my two cents into the mix, so I believe this about sums things up.
  12. Glad to see someone else who knows what Dangan Ronpa is! If you have a PSP, you should consider buying the game, there's a 100% English translation patch. I don't know what your preferred genre is, so I'll just list a few things I enjoyed; Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Soul Eater, Toradora, Clannad, Angel Beats, and Attack on Titan (though without spoiling anything, Attack on Titan ends on a pretty big cliffhanger, and season two probably won't be around for a while).
  13. Boy, don't I feel young. I began with Ocarina of Time, Banjo-Kazooie, and Mario 64. I was a Nintendo kid growing up, I didn't have anything else until the PS3.
  14. Male when given the option, but if choosing a character, I'll choose whoever looks best, like Gaige from Borderlands 2. I don't care what gender I am when I can snipe AND summon a robot to murder people.
  15. I'm not seeing a lot of love for The Completionist here. I love Joe as much as everyone else here, and I'm proud to be a part of the army, but Jirard has to be my favorite gamer on YouTube.
