Mar. 14th, 2018 @7:00pm EST (12:00am GMT) This Thursday for our Minecraft Nights are we doing something a little different. For this event we will be using the 'new version' of Minecraft for Xbox One where we will test out all the new features and have a discussion on where to take our Minecraft Nights. Here on Xbox One we are in a unique situation where we have essentially two different 'Minecraft' games. There is the standard 'Minecraft: Xbox One Edition' (which we've been using for a long time now) and there is also just 'Minecraft' which was released last year as part of the 'Better Together' update. I'd like for us as a community to decide together where we should go with concerns to the Minecraft Nights (stay with the current version or move over). This event will be used to allow us to both play with the new features and discuss the road ahead. If you want additional information about this particular event, this was covered last week in our Xbox article under 'News & Updates'. I look forward to hearing from you. Participants are highly encouraged to join the Xbox Live Party of the host "RuneX" during the event. If you have any questions about this event, please do not hesitate to message Rune. 3. Hey guys, Here is some long awaited info on how and when you can play the Gears 4 beta at Major Nelsons blog: http://majornelson.com/2016/03/15/gears-of-war-4-multiplayer-beta-kicks-off-on-april-18/ Some other Gears 4 info news:
  4. So this one is similar to the one I posted here below, small difference is that we timed our ultimates i.e Zaryas Gravitron Surge,Diva's Self Destruct,Moiras Orbs
  5. Greetings Mechwarriors, If you are looking to join the AJSA MWO unit, simply post your pilot name here, then launch MWO, go to the social tab, hit Add Friend, and type Conan8. You will be added as soon as possible. Keep in mind that, as of the current build, units must pay C-Bill fee for every new member, so do not ask to join unless you plan to be semi-regular. If you are not sure, play solo and join in on unit events until you feel you are ready. We are by no means professional, but what we do need is commitment, so keep that in mind. For any questions, PM me and I will respond ASAP. No guts, no galaxy, Mechwarriors.
  6. Hi guys and gals, it's SpacePope here. I've been wondering, would anyone here be interested if we set up an AJSA Clan within Warframe? Just wanted to gauge everyone's interest. Obviously this will be a massive time sink to get all of the basics set up for the Clan but with enough support, it should definitely be a lot of fun. I'm interested in hearing what you guys have to say. (For those who don't know what Warframe is, it's basically a third person Free-to-Play shoot-em-up with cool arse graphics. If you've never played or heard of Warframe before and you're interested in learning more, go here for more information: https://www.warframe.com/game).
  7. Hi guys. Me and 2 buddies are doing a Kickstarter for a new medieval RTS - Bannermen. Because we are long time viewers of the AJS we decided to add the Angry Army banner to the game. Doesn't it look nice? The Kickstarter is live now and we would really appreciate if you guys want to spread the word. You can check out the kickstarter here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/161482768/bannermen-single-multiplayer-rts-with-dynamic-envi?ref=1wbay6
  8. This is where I will keep the featured streamers blurbs from the AJSA Stream Team streamers showcase, for all of us to look back on and enjoy!
  9. Foxhole is the game we've been waiting for in the AJSA! Been wanting a suitable replacement for Planetside, but been disappointed by the failed wannabes? This game doesn't just fill the gap, it truly has the capacity to go farther. Everything you do has an effect on the outcome of battle, for both good or ill. Not the best at fighting? No worries, this game requires players to build vast amounts of base defenses, as well as run your entire team's economy. The front-line cannot function without the supplies you send them. There is a place for everyone here, plus the game is top-down, similar in camera angle to Diablo, and the game is not overly graphic heavy. Interested in forming a clan ingame? Game is currently only $20 USD, so hop on it and join the AJSA in Foxhole! Post here with questions or if you wish to join in. Game will be officially supported once we have the numbers. If you wish to debate the game's viability, do so on discord. http://store.steampowered.com/app/505460/Foxhole/
  10. Hi Guys, I have been promoted and so can now display the AJSA tag in games etc however, i cant figure out how to put it in front of my website display name. can anyone help me out? Cheers
  11. I play quite a lot of Smite on the PC, and was wondering if there was actually an AJSA clan for it or not. I tried searching, but I don't think i quite found the right ones. If there is no such clan, then would y'all be interested in joining if I made one? Would love to hear back on this. Peace!!
  12. After checking out the new AJSA community Members guide regarding video content and streams,I thought i put a little snipet of my stream schedule/games.For this week up until august 14th,I wont be streaming everyday since I mostly play Dragon Age inquisition as my main RPG game. But when I do stream other games and I stream irregurarly its more flexible and I dont have much recurring viewership to have full set schedule.I usually stream on Saturdays around 6.30 pm est or from 7PM est or any other day either during the week and/or weekend even if that day has an AJSA event and I have the game for that event or not. I usually stream AJSA Xbox One Events for games like Overwatch or any other FPS games or other games genres of games I have and can attend depending on the day/timezone I always recommend a follow cause I stream irreguarly. In any instance I stream over at http://mixer.com/samshepardgaming BTW this is my best play as Sombra so far during the AJSA Overwatch Event while playing Quickplay.
  13. Hi guys. My name is Bryan M. Fornoles aka. Kairi K. I represent the Philippines to be a part of the Angry Army, and I also have a YouTube channel which was still under development at this time. And I'm also make subtitles for the angry reviews which was still not yet released. But rest assured, I will do my best to spread the word here in the Philippines about gaming, movies and everything and make my country a part of the Angry Army!
  14. I was advised by Rune X, who leads the GTA V Events on Xbox, to share some of the gameplay videos, that I make, to here. If you are interested, I'll be leaving a link to my video:
  15. Hail, Mechwarriors! This is the Hall of Valhalla, where fellow mechwarriors showcase their achievements. Whenever you have an excellent match, post a screen shot of the Team Stats page. At this time, you may post as many as you like, within reason, but the match score must be a 400 match score minimum. Extremely odd matches may be posted as well. This is a place to celebrate our achievements! Likes only, do not post comments. No guts, no galaxy.
  16. As one of the first AJSA members in the 40k:EC Closed Alpha, I've been observing the game and making notes specific to our needs. I've made direct contact with the EC community manager, Katie Fleming, and she has asked that I compile all the AJSA feedback, specific to our needs, into one thread so we can focus our thoughts on what we think the game needs for a community like ours. Personal feedback can still be posted on their forums. This thread is for discussing and focusing on Clan/Community focused suggestions. What would we like to see in game in regards to grouping/squad management and overall clan features? What is the bare minimum we would need to operate? Non-alpha participants may post here, but anything still covered by the NDA may not be discussed. My thoughts: 1) Not necessary, but I would really like a hub, similar to a PS2 warpgate, in the primary faction territory, complete with training grounds and clan specific buildings. 2) Some form of clan chat, text and voip, that functions across all forms of the game, even menus. 3) Proximity, Squad, Platoon, and Command voip/text channels. 4) Squad lvl and above gets waypoint/command markers to place on strategic/tactical maps. 5) Fully interactive and detailed strategic/tactical maps. 6)Clan specific tags, logos, and the ability for Clan leaders to upload Community Manager approved Clan music for hubs, rally, attack, defend, retreat, and victory. Your ideas?
  17. Just wondering are there any AJSA members who have tried out Beam app on Xbox to broadcast and if so whats your channel so i can follow it and support fellow AJSA members who stream? ive seen crazy greg, garza use it(i use it and will post my channel below). But since Xbox removed the snap feature(means I cant use the twitch app and i dont have a good gaming PC gaming computer to stream on Twitch yet I have started using beam. 18. Hey guys, look who it is? It’s me, AverageSpacePope. No? No one remembers? Okay… moving on. Joking aside, I’m looking to pump some much needed support into viable games for the AJSA and with the help of the EF, I’m hoping to do just that, starting with, drum roll please... Warframe! (*Insert super expensive clap effect and GIF here*) Now if you’re unfamiliar with Warframe you may be thinking, what the hell is Warframe? Short answer; Warframe is a free-to-play cooperative third-person shooter parkour heavy space ninja simulator. If that has you interested then read on. If you want any further information on the game, click this link here: https://www.warframe.com/game Now to start things off, we’ll be starting our first event this Saturday 21:00 BST. However, this first event will basically a tutorial session. What do I mean? Well, Warframe has a very deep set of gameplay mechanics that, once understood, are very easy to use but are hard to master. In the first few hours of Warframe, the game will take you through a sequence of tutorial/story missions and it’s here where you’ll get to grips with the games mechanics and overall plot/theme. However, the game can be overwhelming for new players and that’s where I come in. I’ll be there to help out and answer any questions that people may have. What if I’ve played the game before and don’t need any help? You’re welcome to turn up any time this month. We’ll be setting up a channel where anyone needing help or just wanting to party up can stay and chat. This is where we’ll be hosting all Warframe events from too. I’m looking to give Warframe a real shot here in the AJSA. Hopefully, you guys and gals will give the game a shot and who knows, maybe it’ll become your new favourite game. SpacePope, over and out. If you have any questions about Warframe, please contact AverageSpacePope. If you have any questions about the EF or any inquiries about current or upcoming EF supported games, please contact an EF representative.
  19. Yo everyone! Some of you may remember me whilst a lot of you probably won't have the slightest clue about who I am. Well, I'm an Ex-Game Officer/Moderator for the AJSA. I used to run all of the BF4 Events back in 2014... wait 2014!?!? Wow... 2 years... crap... Well, it's been a while since I've played any active role within this community and just recently I felt like checking back to see how everyone's doing. So what games are you all playing? Who's doing what? Who's the most popular kid on the block? Etc, etc.
  20. This is an open letter to everyone in the AJSA PS4 Division Dear Everyone, I am posting this here because I wished to post this in the PS4 chat, but I felt it was too long, so I am putting it fully here. First off, I must give everyone within the PS4 Division a very heartfelt thank you. I found this community when I first got Overwatch for Christmas 2016, I was only level 15, and I kept on being matched up with twelve year olds in-game. Having been on the AJSA website for many years, I posted my request, my subtle plea - I just wanted somebody to play with. Somebody who wouldn't screw me over, who would look past the fact I was only a low level player in my first ever online multiplayer game, and actively help me become a better player. Enter WITHASTICK, the Community Leader who answered my call. At first, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, truth be told, I was scared. I was scared I would face the rejection I always do in real life, when you're an outlander like me who lives in a small town, where everyone knows everyone, having to continue being the lone wolf. But how do wolves live? In packs of course. It seemed I had finally found a pack that accepted me. Everyday, I wake up, I go to College, and I go home, sometimes work will take the place of college in that sequence but its the same sequence nonetheless. From the amount of moving around I do, its hard to make friends, I don't fit in with people where I live - my lifestyle, my ideals, my mentality is just too different. I used to dread going to college, knowing just how alone I was, but now, its changed. I may not know your real names, I may not know your faces, you may consider it sad, but I consider you all as friends. In the short time span I have been in the community, I already have so many memories to look back upon and smile about - be it being up late at night helping me with a stupidly complicated math problem whilst trying to calm me down, getting everybody ranked in Comp on Overwatch and dreading the result after exchanging placement horror stories, Torbjorn's corpse always getting POTG even after somebody got a triple kill as Symmetra, glitching guards in Dishonored, the amazing armor designs from For Honor, the Horion Zero Dawn hype, the Nioh tips, and everyone becoming digital photographers in an effort to get their picture on the community page. As I said before, I used to dread College, but now, I have something to look forward to, it makes the days shorter and less painful knowing that there's a group of people I can look forward to hanging out with, even if we don't know each other's names or faces. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You Yours Sincerely, ASOBlueRose - AJSA PS4 Division
