  1. Hey, AJSA. My name is Arnar Kristinsson. I live in Iceland and I started 3 months ago on Youtube. But Unfortunately I'm constantly being harassed by copyright claims on my videos, especially on my gaming videos. For example, I'm playing Uncharted 4 (you can see it on my channel) and there's music in the background. If there is slightly heard music in a licensed game that I paid for myself, it gets claimed. It's really difficult for me to get successful with this stupid system. Will somebody help me? Please give me advise. I will be so glad.
  2. Okay, I was really fighting with myself, should I put a link to my YouTube channel or not, but tonight I went through with it. So go and check a casual gamers mediocre playstyle at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClwNtVFoQNq396qi-OI5YyA. PS: Here's a small taste of what you're in for. PPS: Counting on some constructive criticism.
  3. Greetings locals of the forum. It has been a long while since last time i was here, and I don't like to do these stuff, but progress must be made. As we all know, we love video games, as far as i know... I just make videos and put them on the internet, and i want to share them with you. Like I mentioned before, i don't usually like to advertise myself or all that stuff, but as I create more and more content, i want to grow as well in the progress. The only problem that comes with it, i'm a military soldier who does not have all the time in the world. I may not be the best content creator, but i do try with the time given, even if it means schedule everything in advance. If you like what you see, i will be thankful if you will stick around and help this channel grow. I guess it will be more comfortable to post just few video of each of the recent playlists (because I am not familiar with how to post playlists). P.S: The Name SerieLis stands for Gray Fox in Russian
  4. Yeah. I hit 25K subscribers yesterday and i should have gotten this video up sooner but... why not. Here it is. Yeah... I did it. I hit 25K and I can't be more thankful than that. Hope you guys like it and if you want to sub to my channel, feel free to.
  5. Hello!! I'm Alex and i've recently started my own Youtube channel. But since I am still new to the whole creating content thing, i'd like feedback on my videos (what to improve or if i'm doing fine and on the right track). If anything this is a hobby of mine that I am trying my best with and i'd really like to do more and create more content, so i'd be extremely grateful to anyone who watches my vid (like or dislike) and just give some constructive feedback. THANKS This is my latest video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8B0R0rpLpCY
  6. Dear officers. Every time I want to edit description of the channel (EU lobby), I have to ask some Officer to do so for me. I ask for permissions to do it myself. Sincerely, Doctor_GLaDOS
  7. Hey guys my name is Liam and a week ago me and a few friends made a Youtube channel. I know what your thinking 'This is just going to be a bunch of kids who play Call of Duty and who scream hate in game-chat' but your WRONG. We are kids (15 years old) but we don't play Call of Duty and we don't think we are bada** trick shooters. We are just a few kids who like to play games and recently discovered we like making content for YouTube too. Link to our most recent video is below! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x03kU43J8B8&list=UUF2gcjKjqMwWnMUCRifrDDg
  8. What is Up Angry Army, i am Omiboo and this is my first time joining a gaming forum or a community of gamers. I play alot of games and all kind of games. At the moment i'm playing more horror games than other games. However, i play First person shooters, MOBA games, RPGs, RTSs and Third person shooters. I also post on youtube, my reactions and commentaries because its fun to do that. If you guys would like to check that out, here is the link https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCajN-X55IiVagaiHFU6Os-w Also, i'm always looking to make new friends, who share a similar sense of humor like me and i always play as a part of a team. I'm also looking for gamers like me, to play with, i mostly play alone, but i always have fun none the less. Anyway looking forward to playing with some of you. If you would like, you can check out my youtube channel or follow me on Twitter and Facebook: https://www.twitter.com/@omiboo88 https://www.facebook.com/Omiboo?ref=hl Until Next Times Players.
  9. Hello angry army i just wanted to share my youtube channel to everyone here But first lets talk a little about me: I'm your average gamer, i like 3thrd person games and some FPS ( not that much) but i do tend to get bored easily when playing FPS games i also like horror games like: Outlast,Amnesia,Indie horror games Alright lets dig right it to my Channel! ( im fairly new to making gaming videos btw) http://www.youtube.com/user/ZealousPrism588 I made some funny saints row 4 videos back then, i also make GTA: San andreas videos one of those videos got 22k views! Alright i wish everyone a good day and goodbye!
  10. I always do these every two weeks so I figure why not share it with the Angry Army. They aren't much but I hope that if people here like my channel, they can check it out. Enjoy. P.S. - Do we have like some kind of intro video for the Angry Army? Just curious.
  11. I hope this is the right place to post this so that the thread doesn't get removed. So I had a Youtube channel that was slowly growing, but sadly I quit for few personal reasons and then few weeks later my PC broke down as I was about to revive the channel, so now I decided to post a thread to help you create your own gaming channel, if you are interested in that. I posted this thread also once on a old forum where I was so I will just copy it, update it a little and that's it.^^ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LET'S GET STARTED So the first thing you want to do of course, is get a catchy name that suits your type of videos. If you do montages go for some name that suits and sounds bad ass or if you wish to do commentaries, go for a name that will suit your style of commentaries; Funny, tutorials, walkthroughs etc REMEMBER: Take your time with your YT channel name because you want it to be catchy and you want it for YOU to like it. I once made a mistake and just disliked my channel name and decided to start a new one just because I didn't like the channel name I had. I lost 150 subscribers because of that....BAD MOVE! Second thing to do is setup your channel and that means add description, make yourself a logo and anything else to make it attractive and suit your style. If you are not good in Photoshop, try out GIMP. It has less options, but yet has lots of options just like PS, but they are just simpler to use. I started out with GIMP and moved to Photoshop a year later. GIMP is a great way to start, just google it and download it...it's free! Once you have done that, you are ready to play and record! Here is a list of software to record your gameplay, but these ones are NOT free. 1. FRAPS 2. Mirillis Action 3. Bandicam 4. DxTory -Remember, there are more, but these are some which are pretty popular. I know one FREE recording AND livestreaming software and it's "Free Broadcast Software". Just google it or visit www.obsproject.com I tried it out and it works great for recording my footage and for livestreaming on Twitch. Some of the paid software above offer you a free trial version so make sure you check them all out. But remember that recording your gameplay takes CPU power and can lower your frames per second if you are recording directly to your gaming PC, but that's only if your PC doesn't meet the necessary requirements. Now we have your recording software setup, your channel setup AND we even have a nice photo editing software for you and now let's move to your editing software. Now this is something to take slowly. If you are new to video editing, you can go with Windows Movie Maker which is free, but has very limited options and is user-friendly. I skipped it just because I knew it doesn't have the tools I need and is very limited and if you wish to work on your videos and channel for long time, you probably want to move to something more advanced so here is a list. 1. Like I said, you can try out Windows Movie Maker which is FREE! 2. Sony Vegas Pro is probably my favorite and has all the tools I need. It's advanced and has a little learning curve, but if you try using it and look at some tutorials on Youtube, you will catch the drift quickly. 3. Adobe Premiere is like Sony Vegas, but I think it offers even more features, but is a little more complicated to use than Sony Vegas, especially if you never worked on ANY video editing software before. Adobe offers really cool editing features, but they take some time to get used to. 4. If you wish to have fancy effects or make awesome looking montages, you can try out Adobe After Effects which offers AWESOME features and effects, but also takes some time to get used to it and isn't really easy-to-use for people new to editing. Now these are 4 video editing software that are probably the most popular, but they are pretty expensive. There is lots more free editing software which you can find for free so just Google for it.^^ Personally, I started out imminently with Sony Vegas Pro simply because it offers all the tools I need for my type of videos and that is commentaries. It is very simple to use once you get used to it and you will probably get used to it quickly, so just practice and watch some tutorials on Youtube. If you wish to make commentaries, then all you just need on top of the rest of the stuff I listed is a microphone. If you wish to record your voice and put it in your gameplay video, just record it using either Windows Voice Recorder or Audacity. Audacity offers great voice quality, you can even play with it and remove any background noise if your mic is not the top quality and you can simply then convert it to any audio file you want to. Now we have your channel, photo editing software, gameplay recording software AND video editing software all setup and listed so now it's your turn to take your pick, do some research on which will suit you the best and get started. If you are completely new to video editing, it will be a little hard at the beginning I guess and it will take you some time to get used to your software, but once you are through that phase, then it will all just depend on your imagination. Imagination will be your only limit.
  12. Me and the guys who want to play Starcraft 2 together or help each other improve would really love the addition of a Teamspeak channel for it. We already have the AJSA clan made! Thank you!

  16. Hello, I have taken to call myself InquisitorFIN. I run a small but homely YouTube channel (and livestreams), mostly focused on Trials Evolution: Gold Edition. I also do some first impressions on Free to Play games and the occasional playthrough. My channel is by no means big nor professional but I would appreciate for fellow members of AJSA to take the time to browse through my videos and drop me some feedback. I'm fairly active in releasing content so expect something every week! My YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/PastaBoiler My Twitch livestream: http://www.twitch.tv/inquisitor_fin

  18. Introduction video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_Vw8DZdHXk New format for HearthStone videos! -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqQHmxNBmNQ Hey everyone Krydan here. The title says is all really. I would like some advice on this whole Youtube fiasco. You can find my channel in the description and a link to my first hearthstone video here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rj9fB1-UeHc (currently have two of that series out at this time) I hate to spam places and annoy people, but in this day and age of Youtube, you have to do a small bit of advertising to get a small bit noticed. I just keep thinking back to Jesse Cox's *Advertise like shameless whores* ;D I am not expecting to post this and get an extra twenty subs or anything crazy, more just to maybe get some advice on how I can improve so you guys WOULD like my content. Thanks for spending your time to read this! -Krydan
  19. Hello Angry Army! ThisIsBS and I'm here to introduce myself, and my channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/iThisIsBS Basically what I do is pretty simple, I play games, and record myself doing it. Sounds generic right? Correct! it is! All I really want is a larger community for my channel so that I can bounce ideas off of it and ask what games they want to see me play, kind of like the Angry Joe Army infact. If you can find the time to watch a few of my videos, maybe comment, MAYBE like it and MAYBE, MAYBE subscribe, it would mean a lot! As my channel is in it's infancy still, I would really love some feedback about the content, what I could do to stand out a bit more or anything like that! -BS
  20. Hello everyone, I've been watching Joe for some time now, I don't really remember since when, and even though he doesn't play Hearthstone, a lot of the Polaris partners do and they got me to like the game. I got a beta key maybe one month ago and I love doing arenas, so much so that I started my own youtube channel dedicated to arena drafts and games using the experience I've gotten thus far with it. If you are, like many others, in line to get a beta key (it really sucks having to wait so long!) come by and watch the 3 videos I have at the moment and tell me what you think! I intend to keep making them and I've no illusions, I know they're bad, the quality was reeeally bad but I've no figured out how to compress the videos so at least next ones will have a much higher fidelity. I want to make them more entertaining and I'm trying to improve it. I'm a somewhat shy person so shouting and making a big fuzz like Joe doesn't feel natural to me, but hey, no one ever starts with perfection. So come by and tell me what you think, I'm always available for discussions and if I somehow get a beta key, I'll be more than glad to give it away! http://www.youtube.com/user/Hecatombish/videos
