  1. Just post the song that you have listeded to or that is running right now
  2. Time to carry over this thread from the previous forum! I just had a thought, we all know catchy and memorable video game musics over the years, like the Guile theme, the MGS theme, Final Fantasy Sephiroth's theme, you know, the classics that most gamers seems to know. But what about the obscure ones that's so awesome that it must be heard but unfortunately aren't because they're not that well known? That's why this thread is for those songs, to spread the awesomeness to the world that's been surrounded by terrible Boy Bands, Justin Bieber and Glee songs. And of course to see how many of you like a game for it's soundtrack as well as it's gameplay, as well as show you guys these obscure games as well. Just to remind you, this is for not so popular game only, so Street Fighter, Final Fantasy, Tekken, Guilty Gear and Mass Effect are all out. I'll start. Got a whole lot to uncover here. If you can, name the game and just post the song link bellow the game's name. Chain Dive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axiIfslE6Z8 The second version of this song, which is more complete If you want to download these songs without needing to buy them through itunes, you can do it by copying the links of the song, and go to this website. http://www.youtube-mp3.org After that, just paste the link, download the song and its all yours. Have fun!
  3. hey guys. I was a bit bored, so i decided to make a song out of one of angryjoes classic rants. Hope you guys like it. let me know what you think
  4. So dose anyone but me think that Joe deserves like a awesome soundtrack in i his name and image? I mean how cool would that be, just a super sweet metal cover to do like a original aw inspiring album and anthem to his awsomeness? Does anyone on this site or forum do like kick as metal or rock music?
  5. I'm limiting this to Sega Genesis to Sega Dreamcast. I didn't include the GameGear Games because chances are all of 2 people would remember them that read this topic, plus I honestly can't remember if there was music in those games. Btw, my vote=Sonic 3. If I missed any, please let me know. Edit: Added Sonic R.
  6. Hello guys, lately I discovered that Angry Joe used my soundtrack in the intro of his "Game of Thrones" review and I'm so happy about that, I'm composing music for almost 15 years now and this is huge privilege and awesome recommendation for my work. If someone of you guys need some music for your Twitch / Youtube channels or other stuff I can create unique soundtracks for you, if your project is interesting enough I will be able to create even for free, I'm so happy that I can collaborate with this awesome community. Here are some of my works and my portfolio. Feel free to contact me if interested. Regards, Marcin Klosowski Here is my portfolio on audiojungle: https://audiojungle.net/user/marcinklosowski/portfolio
  7. Hi all, First of all I want to say hello to everyone, I'm Angry Joe big fan for years and today I've discovered that Joe used one of my soundtracks in his "Game of Thrones" review and I'm so happy about that. The music in the intro is created by me and can be bought on audiojungle. I wanted to thank Joe personally, anyone have an idea, how to contact Joe? I've already message him on facebook and Twitter, but no response. Anyways, Greetings from Poland, Marcin Klosowski
  8. Personally I think Mick Gordon did a wonderful job, I especially like the tracks ''At DOOM's Gate, Rip and Tear, The BFG Devision and Ultraviolence'' I think he accompished what he was aiming for, as the original he combines Technology and Metal, my only complaints are that the Distortion from his guitar sounds too much like the ''Technology'' part, so it feels like Metal is a bit lacking, but the bass just kills it. I am saddened that I have no platform on which to play the new DOOM, atleast the Singleplayer looks amazing!
  9. - last night and even Vic Rattlehead ( The guy pointing in the right corner ) In a relatively small venue in Sofia, with about 5 000 people. Mustaine paused between songs to note that eventho the crowd is much smaller than their last visit to Sofia,Bulgaria ( The Big 4 Concert ) they were equally excited because of how lively everyone was. I also caught a guitar pick from Mustaine himself needless to say catching the pick which fell right in front of me from a person nay people who served as inspiration to me I play and own a guitar and MegadetH was one of the bands that MADE me want to buy one and learn to play, while being clumped closely to some of my closest friends was... kind of emotional
  10. This has gotta be one of his best works yet...makes me glad I bought the game. I may listen to this ingame now....
  11. Just started making some gaming music and speech videos. Let me knw what u think. Tips are always welcome https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1J8UvXICWE
  12. We all know that the youtube copyright rules are strict. Breaking those rules can even lead to your youtube channel being shut down But lucky for those that want to use music or sfx in their videoes, and wanting to avoid copyright infrigements at the same time. There are options out there. There are the 100% free music and SFX options, that only requires you to credit the creator and put a link to their website or channel. Sometimes there are a chance that the content (mostly music) becomes copyrighted and you will get a notification about it. (very low chance though, it only happend to me once) Good channels for music are for example This list of youtube channels all have royalty free music for you to use https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYI9qNK66LHNS9uoMqcU7tA https://www.youtube.com/user/holfix/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIe3BQ6Hm27Jxdc5MWuJuYQ/videos https://www.youtube.com/user/GTNmusik/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/AudioPad/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/VidaduMusic/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/OrbitalMusicYT/videos https://www.youtube.com/user/RoyaltyFreeBitches/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/musicfreelibrary/featured has both music and sfx And then there is the SFX channels https://www.youtube.com/user/SoundEffectsFactory which are a youtube channel dedicated to make SFX free to use by anyone and the only thing you need to do is to credit the original creator https://www.youtube.com/user/WithSquaredGlasses/featured https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5bVBV8qU3fa9TYT9k4VRiA It is easier to find free SFX from various channels than it is to find Free music, so i wont post all of the channels that have some sort of SFX Then there are the license music and sounds, even though it's better quality most of the times, they are fucking expensive. Yet the possibility of getting a copyright strike is eliminated completely. There are options here as well, allthough im not as experienced or have alot of knowlegde in this section as i have never licensed anything. (because that is damn expensive) https://www.youtube.com/user/BlueFoxMusic/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/MachinimaSound/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/esoundtraxmusic/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/christianbaczykmusic/featured https://www.youtube.com/user/NXArecords/featured there are alot of websites the sell licenses to music and sounds and some have also free options http://audiojungle.net/ has alot of audio that requires you to buy it first http://www.freeplaymusic.com/index.aspx gives free audio license for personal use on your youtube profile for the next 99 years (not monetized) everything else comes at a prize https://www.jamendo.com/en?from=search is only audio with a priced license (as far as i know) http://dig.ccmixter.org/ is a mix of both free and licensed audio http://www.jewelbeat.com/index.php is a website where as far as i know, most things are at a price of 2.99$ http://audioblocks.com/ either go with the free trial or the subscription fee http://incompetech.com/ are with no license for the music and the only requirement is giving credit to the original creator http://sampleswap.org/index.php for the most part looks like it's also 100% license free http://www.freesfx.co.uk/soundeffects/cartoon_comical/ you need an account to download anything, but it supposedly free http://www.purple-planet.com/home/4583818248 has both free and licensed music http://www.icompositions.com/index.php the license terms differs from artist to artist http://opsound.org/ is also free to use http://bandcamp.com/ license only (as far as i know) http://soundbible.com/ sounds effects that are free to use http://www.partnersinrhyme.com/ has alot of different things to offer http://www.soundjay.com/ alot of different SFX http://www.premiumbeat.com/ some of the more expensive stuff http://www.bensound.com/ has both the free option, but also the license option (depending on what you're using it for) http://www.audiomicro.com/royalty-free-music has also both the free and the license option (depending on what you're using it for) http://www.mobygratis.com/ are free as long as it's nonprofit http://www.freesoundtrackmusic.com/ offer free music and only requires credits for the creator http://www.pacdv.com/sounds/free-music.html also free, but also require you to give credit to the creators http://publicdomain4u.com/ has alot of music where the copyright ran out https://musopen.org/ the same as publicdomain 4u http://www.beatpick.com/ has alot fo different license option, based upon what you're using the audio for http://music.monstercat.com/ requires a monthly subscription in order to use the license Here are some bonus websites http://www.epicsound.com/sfx/ not really offering any SFX or music, but gives you tips on how to make your own SFX http://www.stephanschutze.com/videos.html some interesting videoes, i recommend watching the Bioshock 2 Audio Analysis Well i hope at least this helped someone. (and yes... is was bored, so i made this topic) Take care Although you're getting free access to the music and SFX, it is always good to check on the *Terms Of Use* for any content you want to use. Just to be safe BTW Sorry if my english is terrible.
  13. I was just curious what people have found on accident that ended up being pretty good. So, I'll start. I found this song in an episode of Rick and Morty, and I just absolutely love it. It's at the end of the Evil Rick episode, and I just had to find it.
  14. Hai everyone!! My name is Mauricio Vincente Harris-Martija a 21 year old out of Washington State!!! But most people know me as laidbackmarco . . . I have been watching angryjoe since his 2008 years and he has really been great the whole time and a big inspiration to who I want to become when I grow older. What is that you ask. . . . well i guess evil overlord great super power chunibyou delusion aside I want to become a world class artist, musician, youtuber, twitch, photographer, and lcs player , not the best at all of them of course but pretty damn good . I love anime, music, games, art, and social networking and would like to go to anime and game conventions and japan to meet my loving internet fans irl. I like science when it wants to be fun . . . and math when it is fun as well I like going through philosophy and worldlines stuff too. . . I'm really all over the place actually. . . a bit of a mad scientist anyway getting back on topic I love visual novels and league and would like to make a living creating content like joe and becoming an internet celebrity I was wondering if there were any big Japan, anime, visual novel people here??? 15. So...This idea comes from a bunch of instances. Partly from looking over the merchandise and being totally uninterested (ladies' string thing? really?), also being in situations like Planetside and wishing for a more hardcore version of the AngryJoe theme, or at least a war chant. It occured to me, let's work on these, or at least make this something for higher to think about. First idea: a military looking shirt that we can then add badges, forums awards, nametapes, etc. There's already someone working on 3d printed badges. http://angryjoeshow.com/ajsa/topic/26069-3d-printed-ajsa-badges/ The forum awards, teamspeak ranks, and nametapes could all be done pretty cost effectively. At the very worst you can print the awards off and laminate them. Here's a link for wholesale shirts that fit my idea and our price range: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-2014-Mens-Fashion-Gold-Epaulets-Muitl-Button-Pockets-Stand-Collar-3-4-Sleeve-Slim-Casual/32245524951.html The primary idea behind the "uniform" is something we can use as a recruiting tool, but especially as a display of AJSA pride at places like conventions. Imagine a whole mass of use out there gilded up with AJSA gold. Black/red hats, pants, boots etc would complete the ensemble, and wouldn't need to sell those. We could even get Joe a Lord Commander version, but he'll probably prefer his jacket. Hey, there's an idea: AJSA conventions. O.O Second idea: A hardcore AJSA theme and a fearsome battle chant/cry. You know, like a Spartan "Awoo!". Something we can crank in the heat of battle for us, or even better, for our enemies. Just imagine using that while crushing a base in planetside, arma, battlefield, etc. Make them fear the sound of AJSA. Also, AJSA needs some good recruitement vids. So, anyone got any ideas?
  16. Well what do you guys thinks ? Gareth Evans : I like more the percusive in this one Gabriella Quevedo : This sounds diferent with slap (thumb finger)

  19. Starting this thread, because, "Hey, why not?" I like Japanese music so I'll just post a random one each day that maybe you can enjoy, hate, or whatever. V/S by Kamiki Aya ($0.99 on Amazon and itunes) Lyrics:
  20. Hey guys and gals! James here, so wanted to give a quick shout out and possible PSA for active live streamers on Twitch.tv! So here is the situation. I was streaming this evening and I use commercial free music which I attribute the song/writer and a link to their website plus the usual quick call out for the song I am using. This falls into the standard Attribution License which as describe above is required for you to use their music in your stream! However, much like YouTube now, if any company feels they have rights over a piece of content, they can slap you down. Here I have been looking for any way to repeal this mute on a portion of my stream but nothing. For the record I have been playing the same songs for about a week prior to today and had no issue. Again this looks like YouTube/Google messing with a working system. Just a heads up. Starting today I would recommend zero music, even if you own the rights to it or actually composed the piece. Edit* I knew about the DMCA guidelines however this is the first time I have seen Twitch.tv mute a large portion of my video when I only played the selected song for roughly 44 seconds.
  21. Well this is a thing, pretty awesome power metal song about Dota 2! Linkadoodle Really like PelleK's stuff, you guys should check out his channel for some amazing and often funny music.
  22. A little bit of Witch Doctor to brighten your day! Enjoy: Linkadoodle
  23. so whats your fav music mine is techno, house, hardcore, dance and drum and bass
  24. Hello fellow AngryArmy members! I'm a here to tell you who I am. My usual tag name in games is Neserra. I'm a 20 year-old student from the Northern Wastes of Finland. After almost four years without proper gaming, I decided to get back into it. First I got my computer and internet working, it's not much, but it will do. Afterwards got myself a PS3. My passion, with gaming, is music. Boy do I LOVE music. If you have interesting bands that I should check out, please do. My music very open, I can jump from Blues to Black Metal and from there to Classical Victorian music and back to Brutal Death Metal. Even at times, some mainstream, made for money music, gets to me. So please, links bellow! Any who; Gaming was a huge part of my life when I was 10-15, sadly, my Xbox360 broke, so from a semi-poor family, I had to give up from gaming, until I moved on my own at the age of 19. About the games I own I own just a few games I had extra money to spend on (these are multiplayer only) PS3: GTA V, Borderlands 2 PC: Torchlight II, MW1, LotRO, Neverwinter, LoL, Planetside 2 (Zero hours in that game) Also have access to MW3, but wasn't a fan of that game. I love RPG games, Mass Effect is one for example. Fable TLC, Kingdom Hearts, Skyrim and MGS3 are few of the Offline games I own. One of the first games I played were Crash Bandicoot, Spyro and Tombi (Tomba in America.) I'm looking for a solid community, team players and people who can take in a rusty "veteran" of the gaming war. "Joe, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you, will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. All that matters is that two stood against many. That's what's important! Valor pleases you, Joe... so grant me one request. Grant me revenge! And if you do not listen, then to HELL with you!" See you in the field!
