Never Alone is for the most part a story based on Alaskan Native folklore transformed into a game. It is about a young girl who leaves her village to find out about the continuous blizzards that are preventing her and her tribe for hunting for food and the fox that guides her along the perilous journey to "destroy the one ring", or just to find out where the storms are coming from. You know, whichever comes first. Priorities and all. Aside from my many fatal accidental deaths later on in the game on my part, poor mangled fox, I can say I definitely enjoyed playing this. Well that and the fact it is a short game. I beat it in about an hour and thirty minutes. But I do enjoy unique games like this and it does remind me of the time I played Limbo. Aside from the fact you have your own narrator to tell people what madness is going on. "Can't sleep, the polar bears will eat me."
