  1. Hello there! As I see the AJSA has a new site layout. Well I do not exacty understand where I should be here on this site and how to well...play with you guys. So: I'm a pc gamer and I'm looking for a Payday 2 crew, a Verdun Squad and a Warhammer: End Times team. I thought about checking Teamspeak but oh no, the bloody teamspeak button is gone.... or is it? Because I have no idea where it is Yea I've been a long time viewer from germany and was sometimes active during the grand opening of ajsa but it was a long time ago. So hello there everyone!
  2. Hey! Just wanted to know what voice communication program most of the AJSA members use when gaming and how do I get in contact with people playing the same games as I do, through the calendar or? Do you guys use teamspeak, discord or skype because I haven't found any info on it.....sorry im kinda of new here :////
  3. As the title states, who in the AJSA still plays this game? I ask because I just recently was asked back into it by some friends and since the AJSA does not have a Sub Forum or even a Team Speak channel for this game, I was very curious if anyone in the AJSA still plays and if so whom? Just trying to get a player list for anyone else wondering the same thing if any other fellow Angry Army members still play and want to play with other Angry Army members. My friends and I play Hardcore mostly but feel free to post here if you are also looking for AJSA battle.net friends.
  4. THE AJSA COH2 COMMUNITY I've noticed that the Angry Army lacks a proper sub-section in Teamspeak for the game Company of Heroes 2, one that I play frequently. It'd be great if we were to unite all of the COH2 (or just COH in general) AJSA players, by offering them a place to hang out in the Teamspeak server. So, what do you brave soldiers think? Should we opt for a section of our own in the Teamspeak? Or is it too crowded with other games already? More than occasionally, I log into Teamspeak, only to find others playing other games. Perhaps, if we added COH under the Community Games tab, we'd encourage those feeling left out to hop in for some old fashioned, WWII warfare. I say, lets unite the AJSA COH community! Lets have a war room (chat room) of our own in our glorious Teamspeak! Until then, approved or denied, you'll find me at the front-lines.
  5. Hey guys so im going to show you how to Find our Teamspeak and Setup your Correct Permissions so that you can participate in events, play games with us and interact with other AJSA members over our Voice Server! Video Tutorial: Text Tutorial: 1. Become a Recruit! - You MUST have been Approved as a Recruit or Member on the these Boards FIRST! You should be able to tell whether or not you have been approve by logging into the forums - if you can post to the various public locations then you have been approved. You can also look at what your Member Group in your profile. 2. Go to our Teamspeak Server - Our Teamspeak 3 Server address is ts3.ajsagaming.com with no password required. 3. Wait for Angry Bot! - Within 5 minutes in the chat our friendly neighborhood "Angry Bot" will start a text conversation tab with you. Follow his instructions. Click the link he issues you. 4. Relog & Wait for New Permissions - After you follow "Angry Bot's" instructions Log out of the Server and Log back in. Angry Bot should then automatically change your permissions and assign you to the correct group within a few minutes. This group is usually the basic group, "Recruit" unless you are being promoted. 5. Manual Method (If Automatic Method Fails) - If Angry Bot is busy or not responding. Try adding your permissions manually. In order to do this, log onto the forums, Click your name in the top Right hand corner of the site -> My Profile -> Edit My Profile. On this screen you should see a tab called "Teamspeak Integration", click it. On this screen should be displayed "Link Privilege Key". To use this key, click on it and connect to the teamspeak server using the link. To manually apply it instead, open the Teamspeak "Permissions" dropdown menu on the Teamspeak client itself and select "Use Privilege Key". Wait a few moments for your permissions to change. Relog if they havent changed within 5 minutes. If you still have not been correctly assigned your group & icon, please contact an Officer, Commander or Teamspeak Admin. Also... We have a steam group, If you would like to follow up on events or any announcements about Joe and the community please follow it. You can always follow us on the steam group through the steam page link http://steamcommunity.com/groups/AJSAGaming or just find us on through the steam client.
  6. So I cant use the Angry Army teamspeak. I use the link in the server page and my teamspeak server is like *#@* you no server found. Please help me if you can.
  7. Hello guys! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. So I just started playing SWToR and figured I'd try to join the AJSA. I wanted to join the guild by going over the TS channel, but whenever i try to connect i simply get a message that says "Failed to resolve hostname" This is the address I have: ts3.ajsagaming.com I've also tried adding TS to the Firewall safe list as well as running as admin, and nothing works Thanks for the help!
  8. I've being seeing a lot of AJSA members playing the same games that the ajsa teamspeak channels has to offer but they don't come on to the teamspeak channels to play with other members. I mean I can understand if people wanted to play alone and also got a jobs to do in there life and stuff like that it completely fine but the annoying part is seeing members playing the games that the AJSA teamspeak channel has for people to hangout have fun.
  9. With IM doing a free week, and even afterwards, anyone interested in running some regular, short, community games? The multiplayer is thin but decent. The co-op is where this game shines, like Rainbow Six in space. Reply here if interested, and once we get enough interest, we can get a community channel set up and choose times, etc. http://store.steampowered.com/app/236370
  10. Hay, I need help with TS and this seemed like a good place to post it. I already linked my account to here on the forums, but for some reason the server still ask me for a password to log on. Did I do something wrong? Am I missing something? Please help if you can!
  11. I can't seem to join the Teamspeak server, when I try to link it, the Teamspeak client gives me this error: "insufficient client permissions (failed on Invalid permission: 0x26)" I have tried a new linking code several times (by refreshing the link page every 30 seconds). I managed to get on the server for a bit, then at one point the AngryBot put me in the guest server group then later I had left, and when I came back, I couldn't connect anymore and my profile says that I have not linked my account with a Teamspeak Identity.
  12. We should have a guest room where non-members can hop on. As of right now it's impossible to have guests/casuals We should highly consider adding the forum badges over to Teamspeak. This would basically crossover very nicely and give the user an identity. if you have any suggestions or ideas plz post here because user feedback is useful.
  13. This Question has been answerd
  14. The teamspeak menu wont open. I clicked on join and the page just refreshes.
  15. Hello guys I recently went on to teamspeak and I saw that Chivalry was in "unsupported" list. It is supported so please fix this!
  16. Just a few items I've noticed lately that are starting to irk me, and I note them here for the powers that be to process as they see fit (no particular order, just off of the top of my head, and maybe some of this is just unique to the SWTOR channel?) I don't mean to demonize or belittle anyone; please do not take this as such. Is there any way TS-wide to enforce push-to-talk? I've had to flat-out mute TeamSpeak some nights because people refuse to use it and all sorts of loud nonsense comes blasting into my headset. I have ADD and migraine issues; I cannot just tune this out, as much as I wish I could and as hard as I have tried to do so. I've also noticed that the one person with the open mic KILLS talking from anyone else; that person's noisy audio just silences any and all other conversation. People just don't want to try and talk over it. If the open-mic person isn't using a headset, multiply problems x100.Prolonged AFKing outside of the AFK channel. People say they're going to sleep, and then just stay right there. It's creepy and feels kind of invasive, "Are they listening or not? Did they really go to bed or is this a passive-aggressive way of seeing if we talk about them when we 'think' they're not around?" If someone's going to be gone longer than, say, 20-30 minutes, hit the AFK channel. I've also seen people idle for DAYS in Away mode in game channels, rendering a group channel rather unusable by anyone else. For a game like SWTOR that only has a few channels, this can become a problem if just two people do it. It shouldn't be necessary to add more channels just to get around this.People popping into the game channel who are not in the game and have zero intention of being in the game. IMHO, if you want to just chat with friends, use one of the public lobbies at the top of the list. If I'm in the SWTOR channel, I want to hang with people playing SWTOR, or whatever other game if I'm in that game's channel. (This does not include, of course, invite officers just staying there so we can poke for guild invites if needed.) It's also annoying if, say, I go into a cut-scene and, since this or that person isn't even in the game, they don't feel any need to stop talking while I'm in there. (This also ties into the open-mic problems above, of course.)If the officers feel that I have overstepped a boundary by posting this, I apologize, but the above things are starting to seriously wreck my TS experience and making me seriously not want to use TS some nights.
  17. Looking for people to team up with. If you're interested, join me in the Titanfall lobby in the AJSA teamspeak for some hardcode hardpoint Feel free to add me on Origin
  18. Hey guys! I made my account a while ago, but only just started being a bit more active with AJSA (mostly because I busted my leg skiing ), but for all the people I have met on teamspeak it has a great bunch of people on it! It has been a pleasure getting to know you all! If you want to come join me on Titanfall, come join the teamspeak server and lets play it up! Origin name: storminn0rm4n Just shoot me a friend request and lets play us some Titanfall
  19. Hey guys I am playing Star Conflict, PvP, if anyone wants to join, come over to the Team Speak, Public Room 2, we can get together and blow some players into star dust See you on the battlefield Cheers EDIT// Should have mentioned, Tier 1 ships. EDIT2// No longer active.
  20. Me and the guys who want to play Starcraft 2 together or help each other improve would really love the addition of a Teamspeak channel for it. We already have the AJSA clan made! Thank you!
  21. I can't connect to the teamspeak server,it keeps saying "failed to connect to server". Is it down? Can anyone else go on it?
  22. Hey am I the only one who is not able to get on Teamspeak? It's showing Failed to connect to server for some reason
  23. Can we have a room on teamspeak for BF3 as BF4 still has a lot of issues as some BF fans might not want to buy into BF4 at the mo because of the terrible launch I am one of them. I found this Platoon that is not officially backed by the AJSA but wants to represent the AJSA on the BF3 front. I have joined so I can do some representing with tags. Some feedback and action could be good for the cause. http://angryjoeshow.com/ajsa/topic/4382-join-the-ajsa-platoon-in-bf3/ Hopeful by me drawing attention to this might bring about some more platoon members eg raise awareness I think Server support is one thing for a game and Teamspeak is another. More games can be support through teamspeak as less bandwidth is used. This can give the council abetter idea as to what games to support on the server front. Just a thought
  24. Hey Angry Fans; Long time reader first time poster..... The idea is simple Joe has brought together a ton of gamers who love to play great games.....tick But what we love most is to play great games with equally great people whenever and where ever we want. So how about section/forum where people can add the games they are playing and all those people looking for some AJSA team mates can reply. Hey presto you know out of the thousand AJSA members who to be looking out for online. It 's like blind dating for gamers; sure you will have some odd balls but cant be worse then taking your chances alone on the battlefield!!! Hit that like button if you agree and let see if we cant get the admin guys interested???? Felix Chuck Norris has never lost a fight but then again he has never fought online against the AJSA
  25. The AJSA East channel still needs some team channels, just so everyone who goes on Teamspeak doesn't get to listen to the other teams' tactics! I also suggest keeping all the team channels uniform, probably following the Europe channel's example with US - CN/RUS. Problems might arise when it is CN vs RUS though, so some sort of guide might want to be added. For example if you're on US and the map says it's CN vs RUS, make US work as CN for that map.
