  5. In a casual match the best way to get a team going is simply by giving commands through VGS. It's typically easiest to do this as a Jungler or a Support as those two roles are most responsible for controlling the pacing in most games. Those just happen to be my main roles and I have been able to lead my team many times using the VGS and by physically leading the way in the game itself. It is still possible to do it regardless of roles. Otherwise I would suggest finding a group of people you can communicate with. If you need more knowledge of the game I would suggest watching pro streamers. I got started by watching them play and taking in their knowledge and I still currently will watch them to keep my knowledge and skills fresh when I'm not playing as much. Most of them are pretty entertaining too, so it won't really be boring learning from them . If you go to this link and scroll down you can find everything you need to learn about the game. https://www.reddit.com/user/Lionkun/comments/ I personally recommend Incon's stream. Once you feel comfortable with Conquest I would recommend trying league out. It can be a bit more stressful and the league system isn't the best currently, but you will typically be able to have better games in league matches as more people will have more knowledge and want to work harder to win. Just be aware that in bronze, silver, and low gold, it probably won't be that much better than casual conquest most of the time. (Also use and download Curse voice if you plan on playing league. People talking to each other leads to less BM and better games the majority of the times) Hope this helps
  6. Yui is cool and all, but Yukinonon is just so much more of an interesting and dynamic character. How can you not love all those witty remarks and sassy comments? Ill definitely check your stream out when I can though bro
  7. Ermahgerd! Yukinon Sterm perfile pirctur! Based on this absolutely fabulous choice of waifu alone, I shall follow you into the deepest depths of twitch my brother!
  8. https://www.reddit.com/user/Lionkun/comments/ I grant to you the power of Lionkun. If you scroll down a bit you'll basically see a guide to everything you could ever possibly need to learning the game of Smite. Lionkun is notorious on the reddit forums for guides and overall help and I can vouch that his guides and info has pretty much everything you need to get started. When you understand the basics, I would highly recommend watching streamers if you have a bit of free time, it is a great way to improve to the advanced level and I personally watch them to keep with current metas and keep my knowledge up when I'm not playing as much. Theres streamers for every role so you can just pick one and try them out. Hope this helps . Edit: Forgot the link LOL
  9. You guys are basically in the same position that the PC was in for closed beta and early open beta. Most of the people are either learning the game or just trying it out for kicks and don't really care too much about it, so you will get a LOT of people who are bad and quite a few dc's and rage quits / leavers. The only REAL solution to matchmaker is a bigger population of players, and due to that the matchmaker will resume to be mostly garbage till they open up the beta to everyone. Most of the lingering MMR problems on the PC is still due to this fact as well, though it happens at a lower rate. The game is still growing so it will likely become less and less of a problem in the future.

  11. I actually got Christina Vee's autograph at Katsucon this year, she is indeed super nice ! Only wish I had gotten some merchandise of one of the characters shes voiced so she couldve signed that instead of my badge xD.
  12. It can also mean someone who gives your team an unfair advantage: such as a pro playing in an amateur match or being a haxor
  13. As far as I know an EU team was formed recently, I'm not completely sure of the roster but you could try talking to Agosparti, CorioHD, or MoVe about it
  14. Sun Wukong's default skin / recolors :3. Pssht, all you nerds and your fancy gem skins! I ain't need no fancy premium skin! WE HIPSTER UP IN THIS BEACH.
  15. I would go with the MSI between those two, however I would highly recommend an Asus laptop myself as I've had nothing but good stuff from them for years. I checked on newegg and would HIGHLY recommend getting this while its on sale compared to the two you have, and only 30 dollars more than your MSI choice. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232132 For starters it has a better processor in its higher quality i-7. But probably the biggest difference is that it has a 850 over the 840. Not only is it a better model but its a GTX over a GT (GTX has the highest clock speeds and memory compared to the other models of the same card (G/GS < GT < GTS < GTX). From my previous research Asus tends to have the best cooling as well, though I havent checked for this price point (it will probably run cool compared to other brands even if its not the coolest at this price point) Hope this helps .
